I am somebody that does things with auctions. Upon meeting Tamika I not only wanted to get a lock on my unit. I wanted to rent it for another month. Tamika has a personality that is outstanding and very good for your business. Job well done. I now look forward to coming 43 miles out of my way because I get to see Tamika when I get there. This is one manager that you do not want to lose.

Where is the other manager Laretha? She was always pleasant and very helpful. The two ladies now aren’t very friendly at all and don’t seem to know what anything.

The property manager Tamika was very professional, patient and friendly with explaining the process and she made sure that everything was done correctly.
This location is the greatest location in the Milwaukee area. The worker is extremely friendly and helpful, she will do whatever thats within her capabilities. She brought us 4 bottles of water when we were unloading, easy to talk to and will recommend this location to anyone looking!!
Tameka is very good at her job and Im grateful that people like her work at such establishments. Would definitely recommend over other locations in the Milwaukee area…and there are plenty so that speaks volumes.

No one is ever in the office. My cousin cleared your unit on July 1st and has been trying to return keys but there is no one ever in the office and they don’t return phone calls

This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a company. They charged me more than what was advertised, so I tried to cancel right away. I called them many times, sent them several emails and even did the feedback box on their website. No answer or call back for 5 weeks. The only thing I was able to do is select "move out" from the app.
Then I finally got a hold of someone and I told her to freeze everything because it's taking them forever to get back to me and I'm racking up charges. She said she couldn't do it, but gave me the number for someone who could. It took another two weeks to get a response from her. I got off the phone with her just now and there's nothing they can do about the charges. At least I finally got my account cancelled. They won't help you if you want to stop giving money to them. They're thieves!

If the option of negative stars was available, this Public Storage location would be a -50 stars. The property is ALWAYS dirty. Garbage, box's and debris is everywhere. Much to my dismay, the roof has a leak as I found out yesterday when I moved out. Beyond the damage from the mouse infestation and now water damage, this property is NOT maintained.

I met a lady by the name of Laretha her customer service was awesome.
Laretha is the new property manager at this location an I must say she is amazing I have been at this location for 5 years with no issues besides small price hikes at times but this young lady help me out and talked me through all of my misunderstandings an was very patient an courteous there is always someone there an they do lock checks every day she explained an she even helped me on another issue concerning my two units I hope she is at this location for as long as I rent from here as I feel super confident that any issues arise she will kindly assist me thanks ps for a great employee
My montly rate went up twice within a year. Never get the right customer service and I never can get a call through or a call back. Horrible management and rates. I'll be canceling my rent once I find a different spot even if I have to pay the same monthly rent.
Laretha was very knowledgeable and very professional! It was a very easy process with Move in day. She helped me understand the process of making a payment. I can tell my belongings are in good hands due to the property being clean when i arrived.
