Nikki was an all star for us getting into the unit. After multiple issues getting a pod delivered she went the extra mile to make room for the pod to be delivered and then helped resolved more issues during day of delivery! She's made a wonderfully welcome experience for us.

MICE AND RATS Another angry tenant warned me as I was moving in about rats. I’ve also heard a girl crying on the phone to a friend about rats. Now I have them too. There are turds everywhere in my unit DON’T RENT HERE unless you like rats Please see all the other reviews here mentioning rats and move on

Jim, Nicky, and Team were incredible to work with. They moved me in within minutes back in 2019. They did a great job looking after my things over the years but what really made the difference was when they really stepped up to make sure my move out was a success. Living overseas usually makes such logistics a nightmare, but they made it easy by being very responsive and taking action to help move out go smoothly without even being present! Truely amazing team. Thanks Jim for you and your team’s effort!

I wholeheartedly warn anyone thinking on putting their belongings here to think twice before you do so. I have lost EVERYTHING in the storage unit, they have a terrible rodent infestation in the place, zero accountability. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT put anything you cherish here. I just spent over $500 to have all my ruined personal belongings thrown in the garbage with a waste removal company. Please, do not put your belongings in this place, unfortunately these companies can get away with it and all I can do as a consumer is to warn anyone else to not use this facility. I have used many storage facilities in the past, this one is by far the WORST. UPDATE: To add insult to injury the HORRIBLE “insurance policy” and customer service I have received ever since, they cover only a laughable $250 for all my loss with a $100 deductible. The letter went straight to the paper shredder.

DO NOT RENT HERE OR WASTE YOUR MONEY. WORST LOCATION EVER! Read below for more Worst storage company. You can never get a hold of anyone when you're need of assist, on top of that, their automated system puts you in an infinite loop without any way to contact a live agent. Also got my unit broken into and they didn't provide any details or surveillance videos. Rat infestation is huge. Lots of rat poop our first month or renting. Now their gate is wide open. Been trying to get a hold of someone. Lack of security and safety even though the cx service agent said that safety and security is their TOP PRIORITY. Right..... Smh

All I can is RATS. The infestation is ridiculous. They destroyed everything I had in the storage. Never using an outside storage again.

Bought a storage unit, walked in, and got poked with a drug needle and therefore refused the unit and was told I would have to still pay for it. MAYBE A BETTER IDEA WOULD BE THEM PAYING FOR MY DRS BILLS.

They increase price every 5 months. The increase can be 50% Or higher. The worst storage. Don’t use it. I would give zero rate if I can. and it’s not secure. They had break in 4 times in one month. This company doesn’t care about customers, they just want get money from you.

when moving into the storage unit I found the unit was not 5' x 10', it looked small and when I measured the unit, it was 4'6" x 9'2". was rather disappointed. I was also told by another renter that the place was infested with rodents. His mothers couch had rodent droppings all over and in it, the couch was destroyed along with many other of their items. and lastly, I was unaware that you could not follow someone in thru the gate, I learned very quickly that is a no no. the man who works behind the counter, came flying up in his vehicle on me and my friend and he immediately started berating my friend assuming it was my friends unit and that he was the one driving and completely dismissed my presence, he was very hostile and confrontational. There was no professionalism in that encounter. I hope he doesn't treat others like that.

Horrible conditions. Rats or mice chewed through, pooped on, and peed on all my late father’s stuff that has only been in here for a year. No food, no drinks. But they still infested my unit. Most of the stuff had to be dumped. I was only able to keep a few sentimental items that I’m still going to have to thoroughly disinfect. I’m so distraught.

I’ve rented here for about 4 years now. Our first unit had mice or rats, after reporting it we noticed they put traps out around the entire property, this was appreciated. We are now in our second unit, and were notified the morning of 12/11/23 that our unit was broken into, the lock was cut. Upon arriving, my husband had to buy another lock in order for them to let him into our unit. Although, my husband stated that we had another lock of our own. We were also notified that the gate was ran into and not working, so was wide open. An employee let us know that they closed it at 9pm when leaving. Our unit has never been broken into, but I feel it's likely due to the gate being open or compromised and could have happened during the day. I can't be sure of course. I was told there is no estimate for when the gate will be fixed. Both keypads for the gates were also broken, which has happened before…Gratefully nothing was stolen, from what we could see (as of right now), but we found drug perophinelia, and our boxes were ransacked and stepped all over and some caved in. It's all very unfortunate and we will be having to move storage facilities after Christmas. The employees are always kind, but this facility has always struggled since we started renting and for near $200 I can’t justify so many things going wrong. It’s also not fun paying for a whole new lock when the entire gate is open for anyone to quickly come in and out.

Jeff at the desk was very very helpful and polite, set up online was easy, intuitive and quick, and they opened office promptly at the posted time of 9:30. Cameras onsite and sturdy locks so i feel safe leaving my belongings in my unit, and easy to use secure gates! Couldnt be happier with my experience today :)

The woman the works in the office is awful, she is very rude and judgemental.

Had to personally get rid of an ant infestation in my unit plus there was evidence of rats despite numerous so-called rat traps around the property. I also tried to access my unit at 6:45 am and couldn't because the gates wouldn't open. I stayed outside until 7:00 am and still the gates wouldn't work so I left. Why exactly am I being charged so much for a unit that I can't access that has a rodent/pest control problem? PUBLIC STORAGE....THUMBS DOWN.

DO NOT TRUST THESE THIEVES!! DO NOT USE AUTOPAY!!! My bill was increased by nearly 50% overnight with no prior notice! Company claims it the small print gives it the right to steal however much it wants directly from my bank account. NEVER NEVER TRUST THEM WITH IT

It's storage what can go wrong right

The only complaint I have is that the restroom isn't open after the office closes.

Stay away, the manager is super rude, they raise the monthly price without any notice, when I asked for explanation, the manager hung up the phone on me.

Terrible customer service, seriously! Can't believe that such a big company got this kind of service, from the dispatchers to the manager and the stuff, it was really hard to communicate with them, they increased the price all of a sudden without a notice, when I tried to ask why I had to call 3 days in arrow to get yelled by the manager there, do yourself a favor and fine another place, there are plenty outside.

Edit: Spoke too soon. Not even a month moved in and my unit was broken into. No security cameras. Nothing to indicate any culprits. Found out that the place is not monitored everyday, the front desk does not have overlapping shifts so there are two whole days where no one is there and anything could happen. Don’t rent here. First time using a storage facility and Jayla, the employee at the Kent location, was so friendly and helpful and walked me through the process and shared tips for using the facility. Made it a really positive experience for me! Location is clean and looks in good condition. Really convenient for storing extra stuff.

... Ive never been to a more than or less than "its ok" public storage. This one is more outdoorsy than others ive been to, if that helps.
