Nicole was very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and she was a joy to talk to. Honestly couldnt ask for a better employee to seek help from. At first michelle was attempting to help us out but it seems she either lacks the knowledge or just doesn't like her job and she was quite rude, that was when nicole volunteered to help us out and it was a completely different experience entirely. Based on Michelles help we weren't going to rent any units but nicole single handedly changed our opinions and we couldn't be happier about it. We will only be relying on nicole in the future. Nicole is the property manager who toured us around and the showed various sizes of the room till we found what we want. She was very knowledgeable of her area, concise and accurate about billing/charges. She is cool. Public Storage is very economical and practical to have for storage.

The new AI online booking tool is awful. It caused a day of headache, confusion, and for me to be over charged and locked out of the unit I just paid for. But NICOLE was an absolute LIFE SAVER! She helped us locate the door that leads to our unit (not all the doors go to the same units), helped untangle the absolute mess the new AI system made of my rental, and was all around amazing. She is a treasure and deserves a raise and promotion, 100%. If she had not been there, we would have been spending the night in the parking lot waiting for someone to help us. Earlier in the week, we had to book a unit at the last minute, and were meeting family that drove up from California. When we got to the location, the gate would not open and did not respond to the code I had been emailed by the automated system. I logged into the app and paid the $0.79 fee for something, and then....Still nothing. Someone leaving the facility let us in, and when we got to the building and to the keypad: Again, nothing. "Code not authorized". Another customer let us in, because it's the dead of summer and 95F outside, and we could not find the unit. It just didn't exist. It's like a nightmare fun-house. Whoever laid this building out: I'm not mad, I just want to talk. Who hurt you? What are you running from? We eventually ran into our savior, Nicole. I showed her the unit number, and she explained 'oh yeah, the units aren't labeled in any logical order, I'll show you where this is' and took us outside, around the corner and to the actual entrance. Before we went in, I told her that my code was not working. The app is terrible and has absolutely zero customer support. She said she had an idea what happened, and took us to the office, where she had to untangle the MESS the automated AI system made. Apparently because I had rented a unit, then changed to a different dimension (but the same size) the system locked me out of both somehow. Again, there is no support for customers in the app. Public Storage: 0/5 stars. STOP USING AI, give Nicole a raise! Nicole: 10/5 stars

So I have two storage units. One I had at previous Public Storage to store my car. Initially it was $247 a month and 4 months later they raised myrent to $333, so I ended up moving to a storage unit in Auburn. It's a little bit farther away but the price is good. Now for this Public Storage I just needed a small unit close to home since it's only 5 minutes away. I paid $53 to move in and then $18.50/mo for 4 months for a 5x7. I just paid my July 1st payment and also received in the mail a notice that my rent is going up to $52/mo which is almost 3 times the amount I have been paying for the last 4 months. I don't know what kind of business practices this is called but scam seems to be a word that fits well. They lure you in with a good price then stick it to you a couple of months later. So beware if you decide to move in to this Public Storage or any other one.

The price was fair for the size of unit I got. Using their app to get in is actually a little little bit more cumbersome then it would be just to use a security code. But really what makes me leave this review is the one interaction I’ve had with them. Doors lock at 9 PM. I drove up to the door at literally 9:01 to use their slow app to exit and got locked in. Calling to get out wasn’t a big deal, but from the answering service it sounds like you get charged for it normally. What really upset me was a staff member called the next day saying management wanted her to contact me and gave me a warning for leaving late! Being a minute after close? I think it was ridiculous to call and say that on the first time less than a month into rental. Rules are rules but I’d have expected it to come up if it was a 2nd or 3rd etc infraction. I have a feeling this company is going to have a long list of fines for small mistakes. I’ll definitely update if there’s more issues.

We've used this location twice to park our car for a few months at a time. The staff are awesome and the location is close to the bus stop and a fairly short cab ride to the SeaTac airport. Love the app for super easy access.

Made a reservation and said I will be down in 10 minutes.I Was indicated I had a lot of time since they closed at 6pm. I arrived at 4:50pm and the office was close and the number I called I was told sorry there is nothing I can do for you. This place made a promise and did not keep its word. Rate was way higher then online.

I actually reserved a unit at a different location and was having issues with no one being on site to finish my setting up my account. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF YOUR BELONGINGS. They use PLYWOOD doors. I was working in the area from out of town, I was in a rush I had to catch a flight last minute and rather than fly with all my tools, I rented a small unit to store them until I came back. I called up to ask if I needed to check in during office hours because it was close to closing. Bryttany on the phone said no, but the main gate stopped working and it still hadn’t been fixed so she’ll have to manually close it and lock it up for the night. Great customer service she said she would wait for me to lock because I was stuck in traffic. Got there and noticed the plywood doors….I’ve never seen that in any storage unit…but I was rushing to catch the plane and sometime during this rushing and the time I came back, I lost the keys, my fault. I started work the next day and called and asked how much it would be to remove the lock. They said I only have to pay for a new lock, but it’ll be 5-7 business days to break the lock….ok so I buy a few new tools to get me through the day before my own hired locksmith can come. He drills through the PS lock in 30 seconds… I grab my tools and put on a new lock. Few days later I get a call from Bryttany at PS asking about my vacancy….my vacancy? Apparently only a day or so after the new lock is on, someone clips it. Luckily my unit was already empty. But no security cameras around to figure out who it could’ve been. And customer service basically told me to F myself, the administrative fee is non-refundable or transferable whatsoever. PLYWOOD DOORS….You could cut around the lock or cut the door off the hinges with a circ saw in less than a minute, and no cameras around to see! Public Storage, you putting your name on this dump? I was a longtime customer…was.

I helped my my mom move some stuff out recently And it was a really great experience Andria was amazing and extremely helpful and incredibly nice would definitely recommend to anyone else in need of a storage facility.

If you enjoy having your items stolen and having employees not care or even fein an attempt of caring or try to help you, now that thousands and thousands of dollars worth of items and tools necessary for your livelyhood, and 2 lifetimes worth of sentimental memories and mementos you can't replace. Then this is the storage facility for you!

Absolutely the poorest quality storage facility. I rented online but suggest you visit prior to renting. Dark, cold and units were burglarized. Store your possessions elsewhere.

If you're looking for a place to keep your stuff and forget about it, look no further. Just dump your excess blankets, old lamps, and old furniture here but make sure you get it all in one go. Don't even think about adding to your unit conveniently. There's hardly ever anyone in the office to give you a key to a cart should you need to put something away, making some items a hassle and making unnecessary multiple trips. This place is poorly lit and all the temperature controls are busted. My unit came with mold and nothing was done about it. And don't you dare lose the key they give you because whenever you need to acess your unit again with no key, you'll need to let them know two to three weeks in advance because there are no master keys and it takes them that long to find someone to come open your unit. Kent Supreme Storage is a little pricier but definitely the way to go
