Chariesse is literally Soo helpful! She stayed to make sure I got into my unit and even helped me get access online to my ID , she was very kind and understanding...thank you Soo much!!!
I have to edit my review due to a few things. Our first issue is that we are paying a lot and since we got our unit we were told that there was electrical issues and that a work order was placed to fix it so we could have a light. We dealt with it for months but it gets dark early now so it’s been a huge inconvenience and the app makes it difficult to simply connect with customer service which is odd because we are micromanaged on site.
She’s been making misconceptions . I’m sure it’s not on purpose but it’s made us uncomfortable enough to leave early a few times. I don’t like to waste time so I get what I can done there and do some phone work before driving or going out into the cold. Especially with no light making it difficult to utilize my storage unit which we partially got for work.
She also speaks with haste like she’s in a hurry so we also don’t even try to explain that what she thinks she saw wasn’t the motive.
The unit itself has a stink bug infestation, dirt blows constantly into our unit, there was a snake by my car but I’m sure that’s out of their control..
One of the neighbors left trash out by our unit and then management started checking on us in our car while we waited for an address from my sister.
I just want to be able to use my unit
And I was not aware that the unit hard to be open while rain blows inside, I’ve seen people come out of closed units with no problem.

Chariesse is the best!! She got me into a unit a couple months ago at a great rate, was really helpful, and made the entire process easy. I recently had an issue with one of my locks and she explained and recommended a much better alternative. She has always taken care of any issue for me professionally and quickly. Fantastic customer service from Chariesse! I always see her out and about doing something to make the place cleaner and well kept.
I was taking over a family member’s unit and needed to downsize. Moving units and estimating size requirements was intimidating enough for me to ignore it for a few months. My intimidation was unnecessary, as I learned after calling the Public Storage office for this location. Chariesse was truly helpful. She eyed my previous storage unit and items and set me up with a new, more appropriate unit in about 20 minutes. Awesome service, and to top in off, this was all on Easter Sunday. The facility itself is nice and secure, but as with most purchasing decisions I make, it comes down to the people.
Chariesse and her supervisor were super nice and were able to walk us through the entire process. They were very attentive and patient. Nice service!

Yesterday I arrived to this facility at around 1pm for my check in and the office was closed despite business hours being 9:30 - 6pm according to the website, corporate and their phone customer service reps.
I went to another public storage to be checked in, came back, unloaded my furniture and was done around 5pm. Still there was no one at the office.
Decent storage facility. My only complaint is the access hours! You can only have access to your storage unit until 9pm. I would think that with how long public storage has been around that they would have extended their hours, to a later time, by now to accommodate more people’s schedules.
One of the best public storage I have used Teuila is one of the best manger too thanks for your kindness and help Teuila.

I stopped by, to pick up a few things for work, and they were very helpful with my questions. Very professional, and quick, to assist me. But more importantly, they were quick to resolve the issues I was having.
Came in to make a payment, and Nolie Estrava was very helpful and quick to assist me at store 26805. It was very pleasant to see a business like this taking the extra mile to make it's customers feel at home.

Unsafe. Had my unit broken into twice in less than six months! Told it “seldom has happened” zero processes or protocols in place by management to rectify, appease or or manage on behalf of the customer. And they still charged me full rent?? No idea what I’m paying to store..: the junk they left behind? Once I get my remaining belongings out - I will never use a Public Storage brand company again.

UPDATE: District manager called us to "make things right", gave no reasoning or insight into how this could have happened, and offered us a $150 refund for one month rent (that never came). Seriously, go elsewhere.
Would strongly discourage using this facility. Our storage unit was broken into and we had many valuables stolen. No one ever informed us there had been a break in and we only found out when we opened the unit. When we told management what happened she pretended to be shocked and told us that they would go through all of the security footage, only to tell us later that the cameras were off during the time of the break-in?? That seems like something you’d remember or reach out to your renters about. It honestly felt like it was in inside job with the management there. They were shady about details of the break-in, didn’t inform us that there was a break-in, and were not helpful at all after we found out. Save your money and your possessions and rent from somewhere else. SUPER SHADY.
I would recommend the facilities and great location and the ladies who work in the office Teuila and Shelby , thank you for always taking great care of customers and specially when I have questions or any concern you always there and available to help me out . Five star to you !!!
Super clean and respectable place. Actually get good safe vibes from the place. A little higher priced than the other places in town but you get it back in overall, accessibility, value and piece of mind. I recommend this facility to everyone if they are able to afford a little bit more than the cheap guys.
Teuila was so professional and helpful! It was my first time renting a storage unit and she was so helpful and made the process so smooth. She was patient with me and all of my questions and offered to show me the size of the unit prior to agreeing to it to make sure it fit all of my needs. I visited multiple locations prior to deciding on this location and she was by far the sweetest and most knowledgeable person I spoke to. If anyone is in search of a unit go see her!

When I initially signed-up for my storage unit , I didn’t realize how terribly easy it would be , they have an online process that’s a no brainer , software is outstanding, Bluetooth access from your cellphone upon entry . How convenient is that . Very informative and friendly customer service rep Teuila made even better with things I should know and giving me directions to my unit . I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a storage. It couldn’t have been a better experience.

Good price, nice location (right next to the freeway yet tucked away from view and easy access) friendly service - Tess obviously takes pride in her job here and she always remembers my name. The only thing I wish different would be the hours of accessibility, though it is quite difficult to find a 24 hour storage facility and I believe it may have something to do with corporate decisions beyond their control.

I'll leave this at 4 stars because some of the staff on site is great but the company could be better. Teuila was friendly and helpful and she earned 5 stars from me but corporate gets 2.5. In the time I've had a unit here the company has raised the price multiple times (enough for me to have lost count). One time they ever raised the price by ~$65 (without notice), then sent me an notice saying "We've lowered your price (by ~$20), you're welcome!" So they quietly raised it by $65, then lowered it by $20 and played it off like they were giving me a deal, kind of shady. It also takes a while for them to schedule services. There's no light in my current unit, my last one didn't have a light either and it had a faulty door that was a hazard. It was hard to open and almost fell on me a few times. After several months and multiple requests they finally fixed the door.

Praise where it deserves, I received top-notch customer service—explicitly dealt with Lori and Jane in multiple locations—providing knowledgeable and courteous service. This facility stood out to me for cleanliness, 9:00pm access and safety as one day I placed my lock incorrectly and Jane noticed it while walking the property. She communicated it to me and secured my belongings until I could come back the following day. Superb, thank you!

Very unhappy with the service I received today. I bid on a unit that was up for auction, and immediately after getting off of work, I wasted 45 minutes in traffic trying to get here before they closed at 6pm. When I realized it would probably be within 5 minutes of closing before I reached their location, I called Public Storage. There is no local # to reach an actual person at this location, so when I called the listed # the customer service representative assured me I would be able to make the payment I was required to make in order to secure the unit I bid on, even if it was within a couple minutes of closing. Of course when I finally arrived about 4 minutes before closing, the gentleman working behind the counter, told me it would take way too long, and said he wouldn't do anything to help tonite. He told me to just come back tomorrow morning,; and was extremely rude about it. When a unit is won through auction, 48 hours is all the time you are allowed to clean it out completely or lose your deposit; and that is time that I no longer have available in order to fulfill my obligation. The rude and dismissive way I was treated, as well as the misinformation I was given by the customer service rep was surprising to say the least.
Easy to reserve a unit online and get an access code. No hassle auto-pay every month. Property manager were very helpful when we moved out to insure everything was okay.
