I called in last minute, looking for a storage unit for a car. The location I wanted was closing early. I was speaking to a wonderful woman named Reina. She is the Live manager at the location. I ended up at this one. I needed it also to store some personal items. With her direction and expertise she led me to a 20 x 10. I got the online price because I had started the process and set it up on there. Which was helpful a little bit on the pricing. During the process she realized the location I wanted wasn’t gonna accommodate me time wise for access. So she suggested this location, which is beautiful and has worked out, absolutely perfectly. My items fit perfectly in the unit and filled the back part & a little bit of the sides with my car, parked in the Unit also. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. You definitely have a wonderful manager at this location. I never have even met her and we did it all online. That’s just absolutely amazing thank you Public Storage and Reina for making this a wonderful experience.

The property and bathroom are always kept clean which is a plus. I never have to wait or have any issues with anything because of how responsive management is. As for myself, It's nice to feel welcomed and comfortable, which I am due to the communication and kindful courtesy from Raina. I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking storage options in the area .

The staff here are wonderful, and very helpful. The unit was the right size and the right price. Staff were frequently seen caring for the property and checking on things when I visited my unit as I live nearby. I would definitely store here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'd have to say that my experience this time around was absolutely the easiest and most pleasant in all of the times of done business with them. Rayna was absolutely awesome. She answered all my questions, was friendly, polite and able to have an actual conversation with you, displaying a sense of humor and giving you a feel that you're in the right place and that your business matters here. Cristal at my location was amazing! She stopped what she was doing, and help me through the process. We walked up and looked at the unit. She answered all questions, walked me through my app, and it was a pleasure working with her. I will recommend this location and her to any and all.

I went into the office to try and get my storage unit downsized. I was worried I would get overcharged and that it would be a difficult move into another location. However, that morning, I met Raina at the front desk and was spectacularly impressed. She knew the system well and was able to get me transitioned into a smaller unit just a few feet away. She made sure I wouldn’t pay a dime more during the move and nimbly worked through the system to make everything happen in a matter of minutes. Within 20 minutes, I had everything moved from one storage unit to another and my bill was slashed in half. At a time where customer service has become very challenging, Raina hit a home run. She was courteous, friendly, and clearly a hard-working employee. I almost forgot that all of this happened on a holiday too! I can’t say enough good things. Promote Raina and give her a raise. This experience has stuck with me for weeks and has made me a loyal customer for years to come.

I like the affordable prices staff is nice and understanding but I do dislike the times that we are allowed to visit our storages and and experienced that they are VERY STRECT with that matter of having to be out at a time set.

Giving 1 star cuz I can't give 0. This property is literally the absolute worst!! On-site "Manager" is so beyond unprofessional and unhelpful. She always comes spying when I come to my unit, but can't keep people from breaking in and destroying my property, is hardly in the office or answers the phone. This property is run by greedy people who don't want to do their jobs. They refused to work with me even during the hardest part of the pandemic after my husband lost his job and kept threatening to auction off my unit. They raise the rent constantly and without notice so I'm now paying almost 3x what I was paying when I first moved in, plus they've even raised their late fee without notice which is ridiculous. Save yourselves money and just do NOT store your stuff here..

Out of all the “public storage” facilities in the greater Seattle area, this one is the best! An I’ll tell you why! Because of “Raina”!! She signed me sign me up a little over a year ago, and from the beginning she’s been nothing but Amazing!! Super helpful! Friendly! And just really cares!!
