Enjoy everything but the closing time 6pm is not OK most people get off work late and just can't make it. This is the reason I am moving.
Katie was incredibly helpful to work with. Ome of my locks keys broke while in the lock, and she fished out the broken section so we could get into our locker without a locksmith! She was always very courteous and helpful to work with :)

It was aight
It's located on a hill and there is no parking. It was a little bit challenging to drive in, but it was the cheapest storage facility I could find. It worked fine.
The place has ample storage units, is well maintained and orderly. Very busy on a Sunday afternoon but has funky hours - and the layout is such that if you use a U haul sized truck, it can block ones ability to leave causing people to back up to find another way out.
The leady the one she worked on Thursday 10/26/2023 She did everything she could to solve my problem and finally solved it. She is above and beyond.

If I could leave 0 stars to put a review I would. Our unit was broken into a year ago and then as we went to move our stuff out of the unit my husband notice that ALLL of our belongings were damaged. Rats gotten into our unit that was inside and destroyed everything! We now have to get all new belongings for oyr new place, nothing was salvageable! We got a 3 pictures that was it! After paying high rental fees and insurance we were only offered $250 with a $100 deductible. None of our stuff was saved. What's the use of paying insurance if that's all you'll get back? Beware of rats at this location.
Not sure if I’m going to book storage unit yet just getting an idea but Jackie was very polite and informative. She showed me a unit and have me reserved to a date I chose. There was a special discount and it is locked in a few days out to give me time to get organized and see if it is needed. Thank you so much!!!

The 10*10*10 storage unit fit pretty much everything we had in a 2 bd apartment while we waited to move. They also saved me when I did not put the lock back on properly, so they monitor the premesis well. Also, S/O to Katie who is an awesome manager at this location and was always ready to help me out!
Poor customer service. Made 3 trips diffrent days to pay my storage unit and nobody was in the office,every trip I waited over 30 min in my car to see if someone would show up without luck, a few days later they call saying I was late on my payment I told them I had gone 3 times and couldn't find anyone to pay but I could pay over the phone if they wanted to
Well they don't take phone payments and it took me 2 more trips to finally find the office open.

I dont expect a lot from a storage facility that has been running or longer than many grandparents have lived, but their “open” hours to access storage are atrocious! I clearly didn’t realize that their 9-5 office hours are also the hours you have to access your storage unit. Seriously, does nobody else need to access units after work on weekdays sometimes? Or god forbid you maybe need to spend an entire day moving in/out… I’ve showed up 30min early to staff present, but gates non functional and 5min late.
Just make the access hours like 8 to 9 or 8 to 8. it’s automated, nobody needs to be here!

It's one of the larger storage places I've seen. They have a good amount of storage units. Staff is pretty chill. Units seem to be well kept. The main entrance is a little tricky if you're in a large vehicle but other than that, no complaints.
