Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 466 Herndon Parkway, Herndon, VA

Easy to come in and out. Which I am quite often. My storage is on the inside so no getting wet. Gates will lock at night so you have to be quick.

I wish the review system allows me to select zero star instead of one star ! I was at this Herndon parkway location today to get an answer why my storage unit rent went up, as soon as I walked in to this location office, the office lady got an attitude from her body language …i asked her about any idea how my rent went up and she’s trying to convince me with a none satisfactory answer without even pulling my information to the system !!! I then asked her to provide my info, likely she was with a nice lady person on speaker phone who knows how to do her job and was able to answer my question, although the six month deal is kind of tricky if you move right before the beginning of the month as they’ll use those few prorated days to get them counted under the first six month special deal ! Now the lady who was on speaker phone told me how my monthly rent is going to cost me this price for the next six months and when I asked the office lady about something in writing that guarantees my next six month rent fees that shows the amount you told me about, then she rudely said “ YOU CAN LAEAVE WE ALREADY TOLD YOU EVERYTHING, LEAVE LEAVE “ she then walked me out from the office and locked the door !! The worst experience I’ve seen in my life. At this point I’m planing to take my business else where.

Very happy with the service I received here. This place is well organized and very clean compared to other facilities I have rented from. When I arrived I wasn’t exactly sure what size unit I would be needing. Jeslyn was extremely helpful and showed me multiple units to help me pick out the perfect one. Overall was a great experience and I plan to stay with this location for storage.

Went in to inquire about a few different sized units and Jeslyn was super nice and helpful with all my questions. ☺️

I went in to look at a unit and was very impressed of how clean the property was and was assisted by Jeslyn who was a big help. She answered every question I had and was very professional and kind.

They called me on a weekend to confirm I would be there, but weren't there themselves as I waited 30 min for somebody to show. Tried to cancel 2 days later but they had already cancelled my reservation without notice. Also, that $1 first month rent is a sham cause you have to pay a one time fee the first month anyway.

I was helped by Jeslyn and she was very attentive, friendly and kind with me and was able to answer all of my questions without causing any confusion.

Great option for our storage. I was pretty adamant about finding a location outside of a flood zone, and was very satisfied with the location of this place in particular. Easy to access units, good prices, and friendly staff. Our big moving trucks were able to get in and out without too much trouble. Big thanks to Chris for a very smooth check out!

This place is owned by a couple of crooks!! I started my storage stay here less than a year ago. When I started my bill was $170 a month. Since then they have raised my rent twice now resulting in me having to pay $282 for the same space. I’m paying for an 8x10 space, at that new rate it is how much you would pay for a 25x25 space. They bring you in with the nice low price but at their will are able to jack the price up to whatever number they see fit because they know you will just pay it since no one wants to move all their stuff again. If I were you I’d take my money and business elsewhere because you will just fall victim to their high price gouging. They don’t value you as a customer. They have no integrity and just want your money.

I have a storage unit with them and they have been making it so easy to not worry about all my belongings. They even give you a warranty to protect your things, and Toni a member of management is respectful and easy to talk to when you need assistance.

One of the best storage facilities and Toni is the nicest one there. Will definitely use them again

I went to the office with my 3-month-old baby, “Tony” was there, my son coughed and “Tony” took me out of the store because of my baby. If I could rate 0, I would do so.

I’ve actually stored at two locations: one in Manassas, and (more recently) at this location. Both locations are easily accessible and convenient, both are well kept, and both are well-priced.

Very pleased with the initial customer service. That staff were very accommodating and efficient with the paperwork and getting access to the storage unit.

I'm renting one of the 10x10 units to store some stuff during a home renovation. I started using the unit a week ago and have zero complaints. - The best thing for me is convenience; we live in Herndon so it's important we can just run back and forth as needed without it being a trek to get there. - The facility appears secure with fencing, strong locks etc. That part of the Herndon Parkway also gets a lot of police traffic because the police station is a half mile down the road. - Staff is at the front desk was extremely helpful, answering a couple questions I had when I was originally checking out the place and after I checked in had a question about the gate - I do have some basis of comparison, having rented for several years from a storage place in Alexandria. That place, in contrast, didn't seem as secure--with sketchy people hanging around at times.

I would give 0 stars. I got a storage unit online, it said 1st month $1. We rent a truck and my husband arrives and they tell him it will be $114 because we are existing customers. But here is the problem, I logged in with my credentials when getting unit and it gave me the promotion. Clearly it is a mistake on their end and I would never had rented that particular space at that price as these are not climate controlled. I had no choice because we had already paid $100 for the truck rental and now we are out of time to find another unit today. They should have honored it. I will be canceling both units.

Called about pricing, I needed a place to store furniture temporarily. The person I talked to was super helpful and nice!!!!

Found the best deal here. Signing up was super easy and the automated process vi text and email is flawless. The people on site are very friendly and helpful. They even provided a lock which I was not expecting. The app for manage your account on your phone works perfectly and even opens the gate with ease.
