Clean facility.
We’ve been with this PS location for almost seven years now. It’s been top notch for cleanliness, safety and over all customer service. We recently were notified that we had to move to another space because of impending renovations. Imagine the stress!Received a call from Mia who was very accommodating and worked with us to make the move as seamless as possible. Arrived at the property at the appointed move date. We were checked in by Brittany, who was equally professional and accommodating. Her cheerful demeanor and smile immediately lowered our stress level.
In this day and age of “forget customer service” we can sincerely say it still matters how a customer is received and treated. And from the very first day we opened a unit the PS personnel have been truly professional.

I’ve been with public storage since June and have had no issues. Very clean facility. Great customer service. And they went above and beyond when I had an issue with the key to my lock and helped me resolve the issue.
They increase rent at 40%/yr but otherwise good service.

I move to another Storage and they did allow me to keep the same price for a 5x10 of $55 for Two years. Climate Controlled
I’m sick of Public Storage “garbage” with the price changes.
Initially on the Website/App they advertise low prices ($45 for a 5x10).
Few months after renting the unit, the same “garbage” over again, Price increase. But they still advertising online the same space for aprox $45 but they increase my payment to $100, instead of the $45 online
Of course, if I try to pay 1 or 2 years in advance, Public Storage keeps increasing the price as they please.
Although I’ve been for over 5yrs with Public Storage. The last email about another price increase, was the determining factor.
I’m getting my stuff out. ASAP to another company without all the stupid rules Public Storage have.
If you think that making money’s by increasing prices as you please is better than keeping customers, I will show you that the answer is NO, by moving my things to another company
As always: Management will start posting the same stupid and ridiculous apologies. Just trying to fool other customers

Very unhappy with this place. I’ve been renting with them for 3 years. I chose this place specifically because of the affordable rent. After just 6 months they raised my rent by $40 a month, and now each year after that they continue to raise the rent. I just got a notice that it will increase another $80 a month. Absolutely ridiculous, and as soon as I can get back to Virginia I will be moving out and finding a different storage center.
Just beware that your rent will continue to increase. I wish I had known this ahead of time.

New-ish climate controlled storage. Parts of the warehouse are sectioned off by fire doors, which are standard size as opposed to the entry doors which are double sliding doors. Make sure your stuff fits!
Also I saw this mouse, alive and well just chilling in the hallway. Walked by him twice and he didn't even move.

I had a few issues with my name and email being mis spelled and me not receiving updates on my unit. Brittany and Drew were so helpful. They got me all set up properly, I got a confirmation email immediately and back into my unit promptly. The units at this location are always well maintained (no bugs etc). 4 stars not 5 just because when I first got my unit they asked for my ID but someone mis spelled both my first and last name on both my unit paperwork and my email address which is my first and last name.

I was renting 5x5 unit for almost 5 years. I way paying $24 per month.
This month I got notification that my rent is going to increase to $52. That is ridiculous considering that they want to increase for 100%.
I went on their website and they advertise unit like mine for $30.
This is just a classic scam if you have an auto pay hoping that you will not notice how much do they charge you.

Moving in process is easy going and organized. Staff member Drew is especially helpful, professional and friendly. He helped us get settled on our move-in day, and assisted us a few weeks later when we accidentally dropped our keys down the elevator. He quickly tried calling a few local locksmiths, all of which were closed on account of the holiday. He then went out of his way to help us retrieve our keys - eventually succeeding! Couldn’t ask for better customer service.

While one doesn't normally think that a great experience can be made at a storage location, I would advise you to think again. Drew helped make my first time using a accessing, using, and moving items into a storage unit a breeze. He explained everything clearer and made the experience an easy one. We are going through a big declutter and needed the unit to achieve the house cleanse before we move. With all of that on the mind, he helped take one less stressful thing to worry about out. NOT happy that they keep raising my rent every few months. I started out paying a very affordable monthly price (which is why I chose this place) and I receive a notice every few months of a rent increase. Had I known my rent would increase 3x within a year and I was going to be paying $300 a month for a small unit I would’ve taken my business elsewhere. Just be aware that your original rate will increase quickly. I’ll be moving my stuff out as soon as I can. Wish I had known.

I have never used a storage company for a long period of time, and I am very happy I chose Public Storage. After my furniture had been in Public Storage for over a year and half, when I took it out recently everything was still very nice and fresh. Throw pillows, antique furniture, boxes -- no mold or musky smells. In addition, I want to give big thanks to Bill, the gentleman who was managing the front desk at the time of my exit. I could not have managed my exit without his expertise. Also he was so kind, and very informative. Iris was refreshing professional as well as super helpful. I have never used any kind of storage unit. Iris was very sweet and patient with all of my questions. Now that I'm 'moved in' those questions seem very simplistic. However, even while the phone was ringing and others were waiting she managed everything with grace for sure. I did visit and consider other places. However, once I stopped in for a site visit and spoke with Iris I stopped looking as she made it all easy for me. Thank you Iris. :)
This facility seems to be kept clean both though out the parking lot as well as inside. I also notice the lighting is pretty bright and that makes me feel more comfortable. The occasional item left behind by an unfortunate renter gets dealt with pretty quickly too. I'm happy I chose this location.
My wife and I rented a storage unit at this location yesterday and found it outstanding. We looked at a lot of storage facilities and chose this one. It has easy access, many storage options and is very clean and has excellent management. We found Iris a simply outstanding person to work with in all respects. She knew her business, was very friendly and was extremely helpful. We consider ourselves lucky to have found this facility and Iris.
