Vickie is amazing! We had an issue with an online purchased unit not being the correct size and she made our transfer process so smooth and easy! And even played with my son haha

New elevator policy excludes specific customers from using the restrooms and water fountain outside of office hours. Also, an employee went out of her way to come find me and threaten to fine if I left items on a cart. I was clearly still loading and unloading the uhaul. I guess I just "looked" like someone that would do that and I don't appreciate being profiled in that way. I will be moving locations.

Robert was very helpful and understanding, explained the difference in units and made sure we were satisfied. In person customer service excellent, website needs work, kept erroring. Overall great location and staff.

Terrible increases my price way to quick started at 70$ and now at 280$ talking to my lawyer and taking it to small claims court after having a lady not letting me get my stuff out to leave after 1 day missed payment

If Public Storage does not recognize what a valuable employee they have in Vicky, they need to take action every chance they get to show their appreciation. I, myself, would love to hire her away from them to run my house and all my affairs. Only half-kidding!! She is kind, considerate, hard working, dependable, honest, etc. with so many more beautiful attributes. If you want your belongs to be safe and sound, put them with Vicky and Public Storage. She runs a tight ship with no exceptions. She also goes beyond the call of duty for her customers! God bless her! She is pure goodness!

I went into this location to get a visual on what size of storage unit I will need and Trisha was very helpful! She was knowledgeable and was able to quickly help me choose the unit size I need.

Great experience with this storage. Convenient, clean, and accessible. Vickie is the absolute best. She made our experience perfect, going way beyond to make things as convenient as possible. Undoubtedly, the only storage I would recommend.

Vicki is absolutely amazing! The property is new, up to date and always clean. I love being able to access the gates using the app. It’s very hot here in Texas so the climate control is great as well. Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced thanks so much Vicki for all of your help!

The staff has and was amazing at the Public Storage #29234 in the Colony TX location. They were very helpful and accommodating right after my dad passed away and I needed a storage unit and they helped me to pick a unit that fit my needs. They are also always sweet and helpful when I have any questions and they are ready with an answer. If they don't know they aren't afraid to say I don't know but let me find out. The facility is also clean and has clean restrooms too!

The front desk was amazing! The girl helping my boyfriend and I was very easy to talk to and was helpful through every step. I do wish they had more carts available but the front desk girl gave us a heads up before we moved in to bring our own. There are only 3 moving carts for the whole facility and are quickly gone on the weekends. Overall a great experience so far!

Vickie is always so helpful and friendly. She is always professional when she assists us. I would recommend this storage unit to others.

I cannot say enough good things about this facility and its staff. I've added, vacated, and transferred units. Each time, Vickie helped me with a gracious and professional attitude. With her guidance (and patience!), I've been able to select the most suitable accommodations for my ever-changing needs! Jasmine has also been very pleasant and helpful! The facility is very well-maintained: clean inside and out; even the restrooms! I've heard many other tenants (and their helpers) say the same! I think because the facility is well-maintained and its policies are enforced, it attracts a clientele that is also courteous and respectful. From parking and loading zones, to cart usage and sharing hallway space, I've only encountered polite and helpful folks! Of all the places I've rented, this facility is truly a cut above!

Vickie went above and beyond to help us with our transfer from a larger to a smaller unit at this location. She provided wonderful customer service and all with a smile. Would definitely recommend!

I have had rental unit for many years and this location is the best by far. Vicki has been wonderful to work with. She is so nice and professional.

I had another storage company back out on me, so I was left to find a storage unit that I needed in short notice, and I was really frustrated with the last storage company that claimed to have me reserved, but rented out the space to another customer. Deep breaths, D, get on Google and look for someone else. So I found this Public Storage in The Colony. It's not the best location, won't lie, but it was between both locations I moved from/to, so I called customer service, and they scheduled a unit for me. This time I'm putting money down to reserve it, and I'll go to the site directly to confirm. And sure enough, I walked in and spoke with the fabulous Ms. Vickie, who got me setup with a large enough storage unit at just the right time. She's awesome and very helpful and informative, letting me know about the entire process and making suggestions to help make the moving experience better for me and my schedule. Thank you so much Vickie for your help! Spoke with other employees at this location at various times and all are very friendly. Public Storage customer service in general is fabulous as well. Peace.

We went to many storages and found one a bit cheaper but decided to go with this company/location due to Vickie and her customer service. Half the time the doors are stuck open. No hours on door so you don't know when to come in. Ypu always have to leave a messsage when callimg. Price's keep going up.

Went in today to set up a storage unit agreement and not only did I find the perfect size but also had a great representative to help! Vickie went above and beyond for me while I was there. She showed me units for the sizes I was debating between and helped me grab the right kind of boxes, covers and tape to help me prepare for my last second move! If that’s not enough for you, she even went as far as to name a few moving companies that could help facilitate moving my stuff into storage. Really great experience overall!

We had a 14 day waiting period for our new home and I needed a storage for 3weeks. I went online at the advertisement of $1 for the first month. Ms. Vickie was PERFECT, when it came to the whole process. Very accurate. Moved in on discount, moved out before the end of the month and wasn’t charged another dime. I’ve been a customer at 4 different public storages across 3 states. This has been the Best Experience. Clean facility, well lit. One complaint would be the 50sec ride from floor 1 to 5.
