Clean and safe. The lady who runs it is very helpful and always smiling. Better than some of the places I've dealt with in the past.

Called to inquire about availability and prices, security, etc. Bridget was very knowledgeable and professional. She thought to provide me with information I hadn’t really thought to ask. Seems like a nicer and safer place than most storage facilities in the area. Will open a unit as soon as we move!

New to the area and needed to store our stuff as we moved in, this storage center is clean, well gated and secure! I like the security of gates and cameras to ensure my items are safe, on top of my lock. The manager, Leah, was so helpful and kind; she was also very knowledgeable of the area to help us out. Thanks to her I now know where to get all my household needs!

Leah, went over the rental of the units the contract and fees and went over the gate code. Asked if I wanted it printed out or e-mailed. Gave me the keys and lock, it was special kind I had never used before, she explained how it worked. (I wished all Storage Companies would use these locks) the US Storage was very clean and very helpful. I would recommend this Storage place to anyone.

My youngest daughter has dubbed Leah “our guardian angel”! This should tell you how amazing Leah is at her job and as a human being. I was forced to move from the home I’ve rented for the last 4 years, the owner REALLY wanted to sell the house. I was unable to find a place to live on such short notice, so I needed storage. It was the weekend right before Labor Day. I went online and based on prices and distance, US storage was the best place for me. I called the customer service number and a very nice lady helped me complete my reservation. After charging me, she mentioned that all I had to do was go by and show my id to the person there and I could start moving stuff into storage. I quickly mentioned to her that I thought they’d be closed. She didn’t realize that the office was closed at that point and would not reopen until Tuesday Sept 5th… but I had to be done with my move by Monday the 4th! Everything that could go wrong with this move, went wrong! The owner showed up and blocked the garage where I was taking things out from… then turned on the sprinklers in the front where I had started taking things out from.. I called customer service again and begged them for assistance. They contacted a manager that then contacted Leah and she told them she would go back to help me! She was so amazing! Sweet, professional, helpful, compassionate, empathetic. I ended up needed a second storage unit and at this point I truly was ready to give up… I was a mess and incredibly tired. She stayed open a little later to help me, Leah allowed me to vent while still getting the work done, she even gave me a hug!! Leah is truly a gem in customer service and as a person. She was a true light at a very dark moment. In these times where good Customer service is a rarity, I pray that US Storage acknowledges the amazing employee they have right there! Leah, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

The best experience we have ever had with a storage business. We called from Arizona wit a tentative date of arrival and was promised a space was available. Leah called the day before to verify that we would arrive. When we arrived , after three days of travel, Leah checked us in. It went smoothly. The storage facility is secure, clean and easy to navigate. Thank you for a great experience!

Wonderful experience! Leah is always friendly and attentive. I imagine that I asked her to send more copies of receipts and documents for my company’s records than most customers require and I’ve emailed her plenty of questions. She always replies quickly and compassionately. I’m blanking on her associate’s name -I think Marilyn*. (I’m so sorry!) She is just as delightful as Leah! She went out of her way to help me in the cold weather and patiently talk through the agreement with me on the phone. My storage unit was very clean. The grounds are well kept. I highly recommend using them!

Leah was absolutely wonderful. She explained every thing in detail and stayed well pass closing time to finish paper work. She also helped with moving companies. On a personal note; I am disable and at every curb she helped me up and down. Thank you Leah, you are one in a million.

Only had to get a unit here for a short time because of a black mold incident, but it was a wonderful experience! First off, Wilma and Leah are so helpful and kind and bring true hospitality to the experience. They worked with my quick time requirements and assured me I’d have a month to month contract since I wasn’t sure how long I’d need the unit. The whole facility is extremely clean and you can tell it’s safe and well monitored. My biggest fear with storage units is always that they get broken into often, but I never had that worry with this place!

I was so lucky to have found Assured Storage last year – now U.S. Storage. I actually found it based off of all the excellent reviews – and now I know why. From the first day I set my foot in the door and met “Mary & Wilma” (yes – remember these names), I knew that the reviews were true!!! Really? People who actually care about you and how you are treated in the storage business – mind blown! No stone left unturned when it came to explaining things and answering questions. It was so easy that after I was finished with paperwork and getting my AWESOME Climate Controlled space – I still wanted to hang out and visit – you know, kind of like that family vibe! Don’t get me wrong here – the professionalism and the total years of knowledge and experience between these ladies is unmatched anywhere around here. If you can get in here – DO IT!!!!! You won’t be sorry! Well, until the day you leave... like me – moving out of the area. Otherwise – yep, I’d still be HERE!!! Thanks Mary and Wilma – you WILL be missed!
