This location is very clean and well kept. It has great accessibility, and the people who are running it are very polite, professional and helpful. But I did have a serious issue that I felt was unresolved. I checked out of my unit on the 1st of the month. As I was unable to get there on the last day of the month, I wasn't incredibly concerned about that because a lot of companies prorate these things but unfortunately I was charged a full month of new rent even though I had no access to the unit and I was informed it was going to be rented out to a new customer as well. That's often called double dipping, and although it may be legal in this situation it is surely immoral and unethical, many other companies will prorate your charges, which is pretty normal procedure. I reached out to their helpline which is called "we care", and they told me that there was nothing that could be done and that it is what it is. So basically "we don't care" . So I refused to pay the $350 plus dollars for a few hours of an entire month. The district manager reached out to me, and after a lengthy discussion regarding the very unethical and extremely repugnant situation where she told me many times that this was an industry standard, although that's not wholly true across the board, she offered me half off of the month if I would update and adjust my review of this location. That gesture just feels like hush money to me which just tells me that they are more concerned about their public image than their customer retention. I think they should review their policies and update them to a more ethical standard of operations. So although this location is very nice polite friendly and professional please beware of their profit over customer policies. There are plenty of other storage locations and options that are fantastic and affordable I would even recommend a local small business in your area if it is available, versus a large chain that has apathy baked into its operations. I have not been a customer since and I will not ever be returning to any public storage location and giving them my business in the future.

Before Public Storage purchased it was a good storage facility. Over the last few years under Public Storage it has went downhill and reminds you of some low end company. When they replaced the large carts with the cheap small Public Storage carts we were in trouble. You can't fit anything on the cart. The elevators don't work half the time. The security is lacking with the doors always open. Public Storages app and technology sucks. Easy to tell technology is not your strong suit. The exterior change and colors made our area look run down and low class. Your price hikes are outrageous even for a storage company. I can only hope you go out of business one day, or sell your locations in this city.

Clean, secure, elevators work and plenty of carts available - this wasn't always the case! Really like the drive in feature! Amanda is always super helpful and friendly too!

I would stay away at all cost.
The safety arm for the door was not working, no sign saying it was out of order and to use extra caution before driving out.
Of course I drove too soon and messed up the door. Yes, I drove too soon but that would not have been possible if the safety arm was working or they had someone on staff monitoring.
They put full blame on me and I had to pay for their negligence.
There are so many storage places out there. Stay away from this place.

I needed to switch from a 10x10 unit to a 5x10. Without prompting, Bryan took the time to find the closest available unit for my moving benefit. He also expertly handled some gnarly parking issues inside the bay. Staff is pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The facility is always clean. Lastly, the addition of entry via iPhone app solved all of my previous gripes with the facility. Well done!! Highly recommended.

Bryan was so helpful and solve our problems! He went above and beyond to watch out for us as we tried to unload and then move to another unit because the first, we got was too small. During the process we tried to rent online, and the situation was very confusing! But hand it to Bryan, he talked us through it and found the right solution for us right across the hall from our existing unit! This is a very trying time as we move to take care of ill parents and Bryan recognized the pressure and stress, we were under. Bryan went the extra mile to get it right and cut through the confusion. Do not use Public storage! They raise the rent on us twice this year. We are paying above market rate, which they confirmed and double what we did a year ago. They just told us that we could get online and sign up for the same storage size but for $80 a month lower and just move our stuff to the new one and we won't have an increase for a year. Same size just different unit. They reward new business but not loyalty. This place is big and they do not care about you!! I will never use them again.

This storsge unit is incredible! They are friendly, fast, great customer service. As someone that had to move out of my apartment unexpectedly due to a pest issue in the walls, this was a GODSEND because I was able to store my whole apartment in there while I stayed in the extended stay. I currently live out of state and this was the first chance I had to get to Texas to check on it myself. He was key to helping me navigate my way through the building to find my unit quickly and efficiently. He also directed my attention to the use of the dollies and carts located by the elevators as well. Also, knowing where the bathrooms were was important, since my unit is on the 3rd floor.
He also contacted me from a message that I had sent regarding my authorized users. He helped me address my rent concerns as well.

Since the took over for All Storage, they have been a disaster. Still waiting on a call from the District Manager as I was overcharged two months in a row. The only reason I haven't left yet is I'm still waiting for my refund. In regards to the actual facility, it's really clean and very secure.

Great place, the only thing I didn't like was I purchased one of their locks, came back the next day 24 hours to put more stuff in storage and couldn't get in. The lock didn't work. Since they couldn't help me with getting it open or cutting the locks, I had to get a locksmith to cut it off for $125. I only had the previous lock for 24 hours..I was upset only because of that issue.
Kristen was incredibly helpful in working thru the details of securing the unit we preferred, factoring the partial prorate amount, applying the first month special amount, and adjusting the insurance credit. A lot smoother process than I was expecting.

We had rented 3 units and they were clean and easy to access when both elevators are working.
I was in an extreme hurry trying to book storage and I chose the wrong date. The manager was able to call me back within minutes so I could get access to the unit that night. Saved me TONS of frustration. This is truly the cleanest storage complex I have ever been around. Plus they had a lock ready and waiting for me in the unit. Saved even more time and effort!!
