This place is a scam. Please stay away from it. The employees and property manager lied to me.i called them several times to ask about the protocol to close my account 2 weeks pior the end of the month. They all told me that they are going to check my unit and will get back at me.They never ever followed up with me and at the end mentioned to tell me that they told me that I have a locker on my unit therefore I would pay the new month. They are so dishonest. This is so disappointing. Here is the history of the phone calls that showed they didn't not call me . The only time the manager called me was on November 1st ,after I left the voice-mail on the first but she has the audacity to telll me they called me several times. They lie too much. it is shame to see grow up lying like that. Here are the proof of my calls history. Please don't go there.

Super quick and easy to get setup, and with the app it only got easier to monitor and maintain my unit. Staff were very friendly and helpful (one lady, I think she may be the owner/manager, helped give me a jumpstart when my car battery died). I had to call several times to adjust my move out date due to some issues my the moving company I hired, and they were understanding and accommodating every time!

I misjudged the amount of items I had coming into storage and had to frantically change to a larger unit the day of moving. With movers being paid by the hour, I was afraid we would have to wait for availability. They took care of me quickly and efficiently!! Moving can be so stressful and working with this location has helped ease our stress so much!

I'm so lost for words yesterday on 8/14 we put our car in storage a Cadillac 2013 came back today ti get a couple things and my whole care was gone with new zip tie on it and new locks and key's like I never even rented the unit less than 24hrs ago the young lady that was working was so rude didn't want answer my questions all she said was I been here since we opened up and I didn't do it I haven't been back there today I'm lost for words she would not even show me the camera told me to wait outside until the police came so please tell me what happened to m car I need answers public storage

I had an issue 1 time and the property manager walked me every step of the way and assured me I was in good hands she kept her word. That’s why I have not stopped renting.

Used this unit to store things after losing my apartment due to unfortunate circumstances now because of lack of communication and no notification I ended up with my unit being sold at auction plus even with the unit being gone they told my partner to still pay on it even though everything was lost on December 2023 now that I have lost everything I'm forced to start over and thinking of ending my life because of this circumstance don't ever use a storage unit

For a 10X10 storage unit, their price increased from $50 ish to $150/month over only 4 years.
They lock the bathrooms without warning during business hours, so I had to drive back to the office, stopping to do the gate codes again and wait for the gates to move, just to go relieve myself.
Sometimes no rolling carts were available to move heavy items in or out of storage unit. We could not depend on a cart being there, so we had to supply our own.
Clean, well secured. Some staff are friendly, some not so much.
They try to over charge even when you are out before the billing month. Watch your billing statement. 🤔

I’ve been a customer since I been 17 (I’m not 30) I’ve had lots a good experience with this company In other places….BUT this location here. Because of this location is why im never returning and will NEVER EVER do business with this company ever again. Im highly pissed at this location. These folks closed my account…I get it accidents happen but the customer service part? Like let’s be fr HOW U GONNA CATCH AN ATTITUDE after y’all have closed my account. I work on a boat and I’m literally on the water in Florida. And I’m havin to leaving my job cause of how unprofessional these folks are.
Then the man who answered the phone? Boy don’t u EVER in ur life ask me “what I want u to do” YOUR DAMN JOB! Because of the lack of training I can see this company will hire anybody
This place is horrible! They have no dollys to move your things although they advertise this. They claim this is because someone stole “10 dollys”. Does that seem likely? It smells like straight sewage once you enter the inside facility. There’s never anyone in the office to talk to. When you do see a worker they’re extremely rude and unpleasant and if you try to talk to someone they have no point of contact to their corporate office! It’s all automated so it’s a loop hole. If I were to use a storage space again it would not be this place after knowing what I have experienced!

She made everything easy to understand. She always calls you back quickly if you try to call her. Just a pleasant experience and I can't wait to see her next month.
I just closed out my unit after a couple years of being very satisfied! Michie is literally the whole reason that I had a good experience here. That woman needs a raise, a bonus, and some extra vacation! She keeps this place running and deserves the best treatment and a good life! I hope public storage sees this and decides to provide that woman a raise. You want to keep this worker around!

UPDATE: I received an email from them yesterday evening after paying my past due bill to save my belongings from being sold at auction and was told that I needed to secure my unit. So evidently they damaged my locked to access my unit even though the manager has had one of my keys since just after I rented my unit five months ago so that maintenance could access my unit and repair the light that doesn't work even with a new bulb. As of the last time I was there three months ago it was still wasn't repaired and working. I sure hope that they don't expect me to purchase another lock when all they had to do was put the key in my original lock to remove it!
