She made the process very easy, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, bringing a trolley to the 5x5 unit to help move our things, answering all of my questions, explaining the process to switch units, helping us officially vacate the old one, and staying highly visible the whole time if we needed any additional help. After this storage location changed from Advantage Storage to Public Storage, I checked on my parents' storage unit. Morgan, the lady behind the front desk, was excellent! She was a ray of sunshine and was very understanding and helpful in getting things updated and changed for my parents. She even helped them save money on their rental unit! The change to Public Storage is a significant upgrade, and Morgan is the best to work with!

I rented there in June. All of a sudden they sold with no notice and Public raised my rate from 151 to 171. Plus I pd Jan payments of 151.00 to noth units and my son got a call about past due payments. I looked into my bank statements and both had cleared. Update. I went up there and they corrected it and Melissa was great and Sam is wonderful.

Oh my gosh Clayton is the bomb Diggity! I called he help me and gave me information that I needed. I made a six minute drive to come down here and he is just so amazing. He deserves employee of the year the extra three week vacation to the Bahamas!!
