Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 2211 W White St, Anna, TX

In my opinion, these people are dishonest criminals. they remove my lock without my permission, even though I'm paid, and what purpose do you ask? So they could paint the door because apparently they've never heard of painter's tape. Who knows how long it was open? Who knows who had access to it? So, in my opinion, they violated our security. now they have put a key lock on it and have told me that if I want to get access to it that I have to cut the lock off myself or wait for them to do it next month. Therefore, they are denying me access to the storage unit that they put a lock on and told me to come in and get a key for. i had things lined up this weekend to actually move out of that storage facility. now incurring the cost of hundreds of dollars because they couldn't make a phone call to ask me to maybe remove the lock and stand there why they painted it or I don't know, provide me with the key for the lock that they put on the door. find the fact that the blonde haired girl with glasses on was rude as he'll. Stay away from public storage. If you rent here There is no guarantee. Your property will remain secure or secured with your lock.

After this storage location changed from Advantage Storage to Public Storage, I checked on my parents' storage unit. Morgan, the lady behind the front desk, was excellent! She was a ray of sunshine and was very understanding and helpful in getting things updated and changed for my parents. She even helped them save money on their rental unit! The change to Public Storage is a significant upgrade, and Morgan is the best to work with!

I rented there in June. All of a sudden they sold with no notice and Public raised my rate from 151 to 171. Plus I pd Jan payments of 151.00 to noth units and my son got a call about past due payments. I looked into my bank statements and both had cleared. Update. I went up there and they corrected it and Melissa was great and Sam is wonderful.

I called up to ask if the area was easily accessible with a truck and trailer to back straight up into a unit. The guy I spoke to i believe his name was “Tony” or along those lines accent was a little hard to understand, but not an issue. He told me yes and gave me the pricing option. I told him I will pass and use the online promotional rate since it was way cheaper and that I appreciate him answering my question (which is all I needed I didn’t need his pricing info especially since I knew I would do online) he decided to get an attitude and tell me he wasn’t okay with it but I can still do it and hung up on me immediately. I refuse to give a place like this my business especially dealing with the security of my belongings. I see other reviews saying the ladies treated them correctly this guy did not treat me well.

Angela was fantastic! I have been using this facility for 6 years. Public Storage just bought Advantage Storage, and let me tell you, I am SO glad. I went in to upgrade my unit from a 10x10 to a 10x20 and was informed it will be cheaper than what I was paying before. The transition and signing was so smooth and simple, 10 mins at most. Highly recommend!

Oh my gosh Clayton is the bomb Diggity! I called he help me and gave me information that I needed. I made a six minute drive to come down here and he is just so amazing. He deserves employee of the year the extra three week vacation to the Bahamas!!
