This one is hella better than the one in Huntersville!! Trolleys are readily available, and there is actually a signal, so you do t need to punch in the code every time! There's no one ever here. They had the water turned off in the restroom, and there was no paper, but that only happened one time.

I would STILL be walking around upstairs way after closing if Diane M hadn't shown me how to navigate the maze. My things have been here just about a year. No one is Ever in the office , nor can you get anyone on the phone . If you'd like to speak to someone call Lindsey at the Taylors location, she answers the phone , and returns calls. I was left standing outside in 90 plus degree weather with an Employee in the office , granted she was helping someone else but the door was locked and she saw me!! I stood there almost 5 plus minutes and she didn't lift a finger to open the door. I have managed stores and this is SO Not acceptable and beyond poor customer service. No ACCOUNTABILITY! Don't reply Gaslighting me about, people being busy ! Read the reviews I'm not the only one

The ability to contact the business is absent.
I understand keeping the door to the office locked for the public side but not for the interior I use my code to access. If I had not been ignored there would have been zero issues.

Quite a rude lady at the sales desk on 7/6/24. I recommended more carts as they were all taken (happens all the time). Instead of any kind of professional response, she had a snarky attitude and smirked at me in a condescending way. Not to mention I had my four year old next to me. In my experience over the past 6 months, the best time to come is early a.m. and never on weekends. The carts are almost always taken. Today two cars hogged all the 6 carts. The main elevator has been out of service several times. The facility is clean so I give it an extra star. I pay almost $100 a month. Does it sound like it's worth it to you to to get a locker here?

Diane M took time explaining to me how well my stuff would (or wouldn’t) fit depending on the size of the unit I rented once I showed her pictures of what I have to place into the unit. She recommended the slightly larger unit to ensure all of our items would fit. I decided to rent the larger unit and in the end, her advice even ended up saving my wife and me some money! We will definitely be returning it the need ever arises.

I used the storage for less than 2 months, but was charged for 3 months. Stay away from Public storage, plenty of options out there. I will NEVER use them again nor will I refer someone to them. Customer service was not helpful at all.

Was a customer with Life Storage, the previous company of this location before Public Storage took over in late July/early August. The facilities are clean, secure and easily accessible. I had zero issues, and no complaints as a customer with Life Storage and was very satisfied.
Since Public Storage took over I have repeatedly encountered billing issues that could never seem to be resolved. The first billing cycle I figured it was something I did and rolled with it. However each billing cycle I would face the same issues and there was no help in resolving my situation. Contact with this location via phone was frustrating. They would call, I would call back same day, and then I would not get a call back. Or I would have to call several times over several days to get a call back. Only to be subjected to "call the 866 number" and that led to more wait times and no resolutions.
The facility still remains as clean, secure, and easily accessible. I hope that others have a better experience than I did.

This place used to be Life Storage and it was WONDERFUL until public recently took over. I am so beyond frustrated now. Life has a bunch of nice carts to load your things with and a truck you could borrow. Now there are always ZERO carts when I come to put things In or out of our units and this makes the trips unbearable. I suggested they just go to Home Depot and buy new carts for customers and they refused and said they had new ones on order but it would be a long time until they arrived… I am seriously considering ending our contracts and moving our three units to another storage center.

The worst customer service ever. If you don't like people you shouldn't be working with the public. I tried to get a storage just now and mind you their still open. She said she too busy to show me the unit because it's auction day. 👌 Apparently my little money is no good here

I called to check on my account because I did not hear anything from the company. I thought I had one month free, come to find out that was the day that I signed up and that was not communicated. When I called, the woman told me she called several times. Which turned out one time two weeks ago, no message left. Then, she said she emailed me. No email nor in the spam folder. Wish there was better communication, would have saved me a late fee.
