AWSOME place went online and had a unit within 15 minutes. When I showed up to the office the lady at the front desk Lindsey was absolutely amazing . Great personality and kept a smile on her face the whole time very Welcoming . Will definitely spread word for friends and family to come see her !!

Bad experience
My unit was broken into last month along with several others. When the front desk was informed of the situation, they asked if I was was leaving and I said yes. Apparently I did not get remaining possessions out fast enough and now they are charging me rent for another month. Oh, and the unit, and surrounding units have not been fixed. So for the last couple of weeks now, anyone who went into any of those units could have accessed mine.
And just to make matters all the better, when I asked for the managers phone number, I was given a bogus number.
So I used their app to contact Support who refused to give me the manager's contact information.
So there you have it. Your unit may be broken into, items may be stolen, and they wash their hands of it, but if you don't move fast enough for them, you get billed and then stonewalled.
Never in office and increasing your rent as they want to…..I started at 80.00 now it is 160.00 and without notice!
This location is wonderful she works with me everytime. This will always be my go to location

Recently got a unit at this facility and was very pleased with the service. The worker, Lindsay, was very nice and extremely helpful with making the process quick and easy. The unit was very clean and spacious with more than enough room to accommodate all the items I needed to store. I recommend this place over any to store your things safely and securely.

Would never come back to this location Lindsey doesn't do her job and sleeps in the storage unit and never calls you about your units until the last minute so I hope that the person who is responsible for public storage will see this information and change everything door is locked and no sign up also customer service is even worse never again will I deal with public storage on Wade Hampton and I leave 0 stars so who ever bought my mom unit please have the respect and let us have our late uncle stuff
