There was a hole in the side of the unit leading to the outside of the property that somebody cut at some point and they wouldnt give me a full refund. What a waste of time

Outstanding Storage Facility!
I have nothing but great things to say about Public Storage. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the respectful and friendly management. They are incredibly responsive and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns.
The facility itself is top-notch. It features a locked gate that can be accessed via a passcode and their convenient app. The cleanliness of the premises is remarkable, and the storage units are actually bigger than advertised, which was a pleasant surprise.
While no place is perfect, Public Storage comes pretty close. They offer excellent after-hours access, which is later than most other storage facilities I’ve encountered. This flexibility has been a huge benefit for my schedule.
If you’re looking for a reliable and well-managed storage solution, I highly recommend Public Storage. You won’t be disappointed!

I received a price increased of about 20% on my current space rental and called to let them know it's too much and to postpone it or reduce it for affordability and since Eric wasn't in the current person Kristy ( Christy ) Kristen or is christine ?is covering for Eric, she got my rent of 134 kept and the 166 on hold for 6 months so I'm on ssd / ssi & om fixed income I wished that they understand from head office that certain people have certain type of income should be able to keep the renter's rent at a certain amount for as long as they continue to rent with public storage facilities ! I just wishes that they could work with me to lower it even more to completely help me out financially and as long as I continue renting a outside space with happy valley public storage facility in clackamas Oregon .

Public storage saved me and my family from the nightmare experience with UHaul storage. We had rented a truck to move 4 states and with it Uhaul was supposed to have a 10×10 one month free, reserved and ready for move in and yet after days of driving and needing to store alot of our things, Uhaul took over an hour at the counter lost and confused and unclear then finally told us they did not have a unit and it just kept going from there. So once we had enough we looked up Public Storage and after about 10 minutes with a very simple online reservation and rental completion we had a code for the gate and were finally able to unload the truck. Public storage saved the day and proved they have superior service and facilities and are reliable with amazing customer service to go with it. The woman that called to confirm my reservation was so kind, understanding and patient, because at that point Uhaul had me pretty upset, and she made it so much easier which was what we needed at that point. Also, the genteman who called to follow up on how our move it went and if i had any concerns or question or needs was a pleasant surprise and welcomed. I will ALWAYS use Public Storage from here on out and suggest everyone does.

Amazing customer service
Kelly and Tim are so helpful! Tim brought us a ladder to reach high-stacked boxes, and even changed a blown-out lightbulb in our unit. Kelly is the manager at this location and was Kelly-on-the-Spot for us. He made sure we had all the info we needed for moving in, the duration of our rental with them, and then moving out last week. He stayed current with our long-distance situation and was always available both by phone and on the property.
Security is very, very good here as they have some units that are 24 hour access, and many more that are behind a car gate that has an entry code. Those units are accessed only during open office hours--but that's 6a-6p Mon-Sat and different hours on Sunday. We found those hours to be more than sufficient for our needs.
The property is very clean and other renters were considerate. The location is also very convenient.

Showed up 20 mins after opening.....yelling for 30 mins at the employee through the gate to get me some help with my unit. Ended up calling the store and she kept sending me to voice-mail as they were open..... amazing customer service. Glad I'm canceling our unit.
Honestly I only still have a storage unit there due to lack of help moving my things. They are way, way overpriced. The rent jumped from $71 to $115 after six months! There's so many storage places here now it's ridiculous so you'd think they would not be overpriced as my 5 x 10 is but they all are and that's so not cool! Price gouging I thought was against the law but maybe it's just pricy for me. Still.

Difficult to pull in off of 82nd. The gate box is not accessible from vehicle however the app allows remote access which was great. Reserved online and accessed the same day.
