Kathy was very helpful and professional. If not for Kathy at the Maxtown location I would have nothing positive to say about this company other than the grounds are extremely clean. A couple of months back we had to speak with an employee at another Westerville location who was irritated that we came in to rent a space. Eye rolls, sighs , and all. We interrupted their Facebook time. We ended up leaving and going to the Maxtown location. Luckily Kathy took care of us. After some comparison shopping we found Public Storage to be over priced. There is no care for the customer. We were supposed to write a review so my review is as follows; Kathy at Maxtown is amazing, but PS is just another corporate giant who does not care about their customers. Kathy is 5 stars. PS gets 2 stars.
It was a pleasure working with Heather and Cathy. I had a 10x10 and they helped me upgrade it to a 10x15. I was very satisfied. We could've conversation for hours lol. It was just a really friendly atmosphere that makes renting a unit there much better.

The property is very clean and accessible. The neighborhood is great, so you feel safe, plus the automatic gate & phone app make access easy. What you don't tend to find at a storage facility is a manager (Kathy) who is knowledgeable, genuinely very nice, and so willing to help with any questions that come up. We have chatted with Kathy more than once and she's been a great representative of Public Storage. Very happy overall and have recommended this location to friends and coworkers alike.

We used a 5’x10’ unit for a temporary (<1 month) storage space before we moved into our new place. On the first of the month we were ready to vacate the unit, but originally thought we would have to pay the whole month’s rent since the month had started. Kathy called us back and had checked on our agreement - turns out since we had rented on the 5th of the last month that we were still within 30 days and wouldn’t have to pay the new month for an empty unit! She went out of her way to be helpful for us, and even let us know that a previous tenant had left behind a very nice TV stand that we could take if we wanted it (we did!). Thank you, Kathy!!

This facility is in a great location, very clean, and the help and support I received from Kathy was phenomenal. She was so patient over the phone in helping me select a unit and made sure to give me the options of two different sizes and two different specials that were running. She was very personable and knowledgeable on all things and made sure we set up a time for me to come in and view my space prior to my rent start date. I would highly recommend! 10/10 experience so far!
I’ve been using this storage company for years! Great, clean facility.
We had an appointment to get a storage locker. Appointment was for 1 p.m. we sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes no one on site. Called main number and talked to 4 different people and non of them were able to get us any help So we went down the street and got a locker at another facility.

I am thankful for the convenience of this location as well as offering indoor space! Kathy is so helpful, my space is right by the access door to the office-I’ve been able to knock and ask questions and use the restroom if need be! Taking pictures and organizing my unit is crucial, the lighting is great and I like it’s on a timer to conserve energy. I’ve had this unit almost a year now, and recently received a discount!

Very easy to register online. The staff was also very helpful- provided detailed instructions on how to get in, benefits of using the app and were quick to make some adjustments to the account for me.
The property manager, Cathy, is very helpful and friendly.
The customer service is wonderful here. I had to downsize units and I did paperwork right then at close time and was completely in my new unit by 9am the next morning. Even though it was closing time, she had no ill feelings on helping me. They worked with me and I've never had a problem there.

We used Public Storage to clear out some items so that we could show our house with less clutter. Renting a storage was very easy. We made many trips to the storage unit and never had any trouble getting in or out of the gate. Once we cleared the storage unit, the process to turn over the unit back to Public Storage was also very simple. Our possessions were safe and we found no damage to anything stored. We will use them again should they need arise to store some of our possessions.
Everything about my experience here at Public Storage has been great. Five stars for sure.
