I really appreciated Treasure’s help today. She was quick and efficient. This was my second time getting in touch with a property manager. The first property manager had me come in the office but wasn’t interested in helping . Im still trying to figure out what was the point of coming in (if I wasn’t going to be assisted). This time however, Treasure did not ask me to come in but instead fixed the problem over the phone.

EASY and Convenient rental process. With a hectic schedule and kids, I checked in online, gate and unit info texted, key and info was in the unit. Saved me the stress and Hassel of standing in the lobby, standing in line and going thru the process. They even called the next day to ensure the move in was smooth. I did return their lock but staff was kind and provided good tips and resources. Overall pleased and satisfied with service and price.

Went in on a Saturday not expecting any help from the front desk. Walked in and found excellent help from a great employee. Treasure was very informative and helpful. In the end she helped me resolve my issue and left me with answers and a positive experience with the storage facility. An absolute treasure!! 🤘🏽

Pulled up today and our lock was cut off and workers was jack hammering the front of unit. Nuthin put up to keep dust off our stuff. Anyone of these guys could’ve taken something of ours. Last time we’ll rent from this company.

Due to a family emergency, I was late a month on payment. I explained my situation to the "Mgr." They cut my lock off and took pictures of the items inside and posted them on an auction site! They did not call to inform me that they were going to cut my lock and enter my unit. I paid the high price for rental, late fees, and another charge directly to the manager. At no time did she inform me about the lock. I let her know a family member would be there to remove everything from the unit(as soon as they get the key for the lock). She still had not mentioned that they cut my lock. 3 days later, I received a call from her informing me my locks were cut and that we must arrive during normal buisness hrs so they can remove their lock from my unit!! Had she told me that the day I paid,I could have sent the family to remove everything that day! On the day my family did arrive to clean out the unit, they were NOT allowed to enter!! I was told I must add them to the online site. I tried to complete this only to be told it's not possible to do! I must send a message to the district Mgr asking to add a person to my account! An hour later, my family was told that if they could not remove everything, then they MUST buy another lock!! I've rented storage units before and have never had these issues. To have them cut my lock, enter, and take pictures a month before it was set for auction isn't right. They helped themselves and totally disrespected me. They destroyed my property (my lock), then demanded we pay for another one! Talk about kicking a person while they are down! A person would do just as well by boxing their belongings and hiding them! This PS is overpriced and works as though they are above the law! If you must use a storage company, I recommend going to any place but here!

Great Job with the tour and very assisting with questions

The manager at the office did a wonderful job and solved most of my problems. She should get a bonus. However the online program is terrible and totally worthless! I wasn't able to rent the unit using the online program and had to have the office manager straighten it out. The online program stopped me from renting the unit, wouldn't let me pay for the unit, and it was locked up most of the time. The program would randomly change information. Online help couldn't fix the problem and told me to go to the office. The online program is Totally worthless!

I was hoping to get your location on Morse road but they didn't have a spot for parking but the lady in there was very helpful and she called ahead to find out if another location close by to my house had space they did and then she turned around and told me to go there right away but take my registration for my vehicle the other lady at the Westerville location was extremely helpful took me for a tour through the property told me if I needed any storage space she had some available I don't at this time I just needed storage space for a vehicle of mine she told me about the app and that I could open up your gate without having to get out of the car all the time to punch in the numbers and I could use the app I really found that helpful and easy all in all I quite enjoyed working with both of the ladies I'm just sorry I couldn't give you both of their names kind of was in a little bit of a time crunch to find a location to park the vehicle and both ladies was extremely helpful.

The physical condition of the units are mice infested and you can see droppings everywhere. I wanted to use this location for convenience being close, however I will use someplace else due to the condition. The neighboring unit had all her property destroyed by mice in a month's time.

Good experience, prompt staff, no issues while I rented my storage unit for 9 months.

They take care of the place but as a person who always pays on time they still kept raising my rent and now I pay double of what I originally rented it for. That’s way higher than most places but it’s right next door to me and don’t drive so my hands are tide. I would not recommend this place. They leave gate open a lot most of the time nobody here to look out or to talk to about anything. I just wouldn’t bother renting here guaranteed rent will go to its highest this is the location on n Hamilton rd

Mandy was very quick to get me set up as I was in a rush to travel. Very kind and knowledgeable and helped me get the best deal.

All I have to say is NO! I’ve had my storage unit since the end Oct early November. My lights worked maybe first 2 months… I work all day so I barely can access my unit due to them having electrical issues in the breaker (which is not my problem)… every month I was told a work order was put in and they were trying to get it fixed… I even spoke to “higher up” who happened to be at the storage when I complained… they said they would fix it the next day… I literally waited another month and still NOTHING! I’ve talked to several people even the district manager who told me there is nothing they can do until they get everyone else’s keys…. Yet I have to pay late fees even though I’m not looking for a discount I just want to access my unit after work but can’t because it’s dark. Ridiculous as soon as I can find somewhere to put my things I’ll be gone.. company just wants money. Please don’t go here!

They had a sign up for the last 2days saying that they will be back at 9:30am here it is 10:30 am the next day and the same sign is still up and no one is inside

This place will give you a low rate to get your business then increase the rent as time goes by. Our unit cost $150 when we first rented from them. Now, it's almost $400 a month ! If you intend to use a storage unit for more than 6 mo, don't rent here.

Very professional and very courteous

Nice people, but I don't trust them a bit. They used the old "bait and switch" tactic on me and someone else I know. Reserved a specific outside unit for a specific price. When I arrived they claimed it was an inside unit and I would have to pay more for the drive up unit I actually wanted even though my reservation said drive up unit. Then a few days later they did the exact same thing to someone I know. Plus they jacked up my rent after the second month. First full month was the price the made me pay for the unit I wanted, second full month is going to be $13 more (14% increase for what reason??? ). Guess I'll be moving my stuff out very quickly and never using them again.
