Arriived at busch boulevard location with a few check in questions, CONNIE was the manger, Main one was since I rented for a company, would the enterance app work on multiple phones, her response "good question " she immediately called corporate and and asked, the response was no,she politely suggested that they might wanna to look into that do to the amount of individuals with in a company that will being using the area. What a fantastic person to deal with.top notch and unheard of these days period.

Been coming to PS for years now. I wish they had a deal for ppl who use them constantly & have more than one unit.
I'm changing my review because my unit door is broken. There are holes in the ceiling and no one will call me back to schedule repair. Also the last time I was there I had some trash and I found a dumpster, well while throwing away trash I lady pulled up outside the fence and started yelling me and was very rude. She told me I wasn't allowed to use that dumpster I said well there are no signs saying I couldn't use it. I told her I could have just left my trash laying around like most people because this place is trashy. I will be looking for a new location soon. I don't wanna pay to get yelled at for throwing trash away properly.
Very informative and helpful. Will address any storage issues fairly and promptly. The property manager is wonderful it's clean, smells amazing, and is a great saving love this place.
We needed to upgrade to a bigger storage unit. Mary helped us and got us a new unit immediately. She was very helpful.

I was in desperate need of storage in the last minutes of an already hectic day. In just the nick of time Anne at Public storage the Busch blvd location became my answer.
She was so patient and kind with me- I was a frazzled mess. She made sure I was taken care of and happy with the unit- she even stayed late. I am so thankful to have had Anne at the helm- she really knows her stuff. 😀

I have had a unit at this location for almost 4 years. I went into the office tonight for the first time since I got my unit. I had a question about my bill and Mary was so sweet and helpful. I could have chatted with her all night. So nice to have a positive interaction with customer service. That is very rare these days! My 5 stars are all for Mary.
