I have a storage in Memphis I rode around to three locations in Mississippi and they were closed with no customer service this is very annoying.
I’m a broke college student and an infamous late payer (I’m paying it tho, I promise), Brandi makes my experience so pleasant and so “un-embarrasing.”
She’ll congratulate me when I get my degree and I’ll stop by and bring her lunch. She’s awesome and so helpful.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Fell 2 months behind on my unit. They added over 150 I’m fees. They damaged my property by cutting my lock off. They have in their system where they notified me via email and mail pertaining to my unit going into auction. That did not happen the only correspondence I have from them is for payment. So needless to say this company is unethical to say the least. They will auction your unit off without notice to you but document in their system that they did notify you. Good thing I remembered I needed to pay it and paid it when I did or all of my stuff would have been gone without notice to me. Finding another facility asap they cannot be trusted.

Do not rent from simply storage unless you want to get price gouged ! Initially ,my monthly rent was $100 in September 2020 .. Then August 2022 , my monthly storage fee went up to $230.00 on a 10x15 unit without climate control.

From the very start Will was on top of providing great customer service. He took the time to find out the information I needed so he wouldn’t give me the wrong answer. We looked at some different sized units and he was very patient with me. I would definitely refer a friend.

At this place the office is never open. I've had a storage here since 2018 and since then I've went through 6 price hikes. I also have another storage at a U Stor since 2015 , and the price has never changed since I got it. Will be moving this storage unit with them ASAP!
