I stopped by the facility to inquire on the prices for a storage unit. I was greeted by Ms.Lekendra, she was friendly, professional and helped me make an informed decision. I highly recommend this storage facility for anyone in the market looking for one.
****DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE****
A 10x10 indoor, climate controlled unit is $175 a month now, when I rented the unit out in May 2023 it was $145. There are other storage facilities in the area for less by the month. Don’t get pulled in by the intro price, you’ll definitely pay later. There is also a $15 monthly insurance charge added in, unless you have your own insurance.
Ms Janise and Ms Ayshia are wonderful, helpful and informative young ladies.
I came back to get a second unit unit and Ms Jessica and Ms Latroya was very helpful and very nice ladies!!

Ms. Annette patiently guided my sister through the online process to rent a storage. She took me back to tour the size in which my sister was selecting to make sure everything would fit. We secured the storage and moved everything in that same day. Needless to say everything fitted well. Ms. Annette was patient and professional. After calling asking several questions on last week I was finally able to come to the store and complete my rental. Jessica was very helpful and most importantly patient. The property was clean and very welcoming.

When I walked in the Public I was immediately impressed by the Cleanliness of the office and was greeted by 2 lovely women who made my shopping experience a wonderful one. Originally I can in to by some boxes but with the Wonderful customer service provided I ended up spending over a hundred and something odd dollars buying boxes and packing supplies. I will be moving around May31st and I will definitely be back to rent a storage unit.

I stated to Jessica my needs (size, inside, payment options and expected move in dates). Jessica took the time explain in deals all the above needs.
