I just want to make a review about an associate for Public Storage on Airways, Stephanie. She was a true help when I received an email that had me a little confused and helped us to understand our payment as well as the insurance switch. She helped us save money and was so courteous and respectful. Not all associates treat people in a respectful manner. So thank you, Stephanie, and Public Storage, y'all need to keep that one. She made me feel secure with staying with you all!

I just recently moved into public storage on the airways location. Stephanie was there to assist me in anything I needed. Over charged and still haven’t got a response back or my money called 4 time it’s been 2 months and the staff is still waiting on a manager
This is the most disgusting stomach I have ever been to they have rats and will ruin your belongings and don’t pay for them! Please don’t use them and if you do take your things out they are nasty

Jenny and Ashton were great with their customer service. They answered any questions I had and even showed me the unit when requested before I made my final decision to purchase a rental unit. I love the fact that the rental process is on a month to month basis. I would remind recommend Simply Storage in Southaven to anyone looking to rent a storage unit.

The only reason I am posting a review is to compliment the manager Ginny P. She does a great job! She is professional, courteous and goes out of her way to provide great customer service. I have been in the office when she had to handle difficult situations and she handled them professionally and gracefully diffusing the situation and leaving the customer feeling valued.
I am not a fan of Simply Self Storage. It does matter what the original cost is because they constantly raise prices and gouge you if not paid by 5th. They don't care how long you have been a customer; they raise prices and charge fees every opportunity they get.
I will be moving out as soon as I can find the time and get the equipment to move out.

I being trying to reach these people about a charge on my bank account. I went in to pay my bill and I told the young lady I would not be using the storage the next month and to cancel it. She was so concern about getting her lunch that she put my card on autopay for the next payment and they charge my card for this month I move be out of the storage on the 17th of July.. This took some money out of my rent payment and now they wont answer the phone in the office. I need my money I am not going to stop until I get it back.

Jinny was very helpful in assisting me with finding a storage for my family and I. She even let me see the unit to choose which was a better fit for me.
Storage unit was infested with roaches and spiders when I came to grab my belongings. I’ve watched roaches run into the storage unit beside mine.
Manager never answers the phone. The only way I can get ahold of anyone representing simply self storage is through the 1800 number. I have called numerous times. Numerous times to rent the storage unit and numerous times over this past weekend and Tuesday! I also left a voicemail when I called 3 times on Tuesday to help me pay by bill because I was having issues. Of course no call back. Never a call back. Obviously this place needs a new property manager. My sister is a property manager for public storage and I know how things are supposed to go with the storage units. My sister answers the phone at the location she works at every single time there’s a call. She also has a phone on her when she leaves the front office to make sure she doesn’t miss a call. The front gate is broke. Anyone can walk in and out of this place. This is ridiculous. I paid for insurance for this storage unit for a reason and this right here is exactly why I did it. This is disgusting. You people have ruined my belongings!!!

Relocating has been a smooth transition. Due to an error solely on my part, things had to be rearranged. I live 2 hours away and let me just say, God gives you just who you need at the time you need them. Ginny was so nice, helpful and understanding of what was needed and corrected my mistake so gracefully. I’d recommend anyone to storage at Simply Self storage Airways location. Ginny you’re awesome keep up the great work; your personality and kindness meant so much to me and my family!
Not a bad place. I gave them a lower score because my unit was 10 percent smaller than agreed to.
Such a quick and easy process. The blonde woman at the desk (don’t remember her name) was so sweet and prompt. When I needed a last minute storage, they made my process so easy.
Updating my post after using this facility for 2 years. When I initially started using them, it was $59 a month. Then it went up to $69… and then to $77. Never received a notice of an increase either. The light in my unit (the hall that my unit was on rather) was broken for several months. I mentioned this to the women on sight 3 times. Each time being assured it would be taken care of. It was not. The fourth time I called, I spoke with a women who finally resolved the issue and was prompt at doing so. Not sure if that was due to my very frustrated voice or if she knew this would be a simple fix. All and all, I don’t recommend. Friendly staff but overcharged and slow response.
Great experience at this store. Made reservations online but at an different story. Ms. Merlee helped me out and got me situated with no problems or hassle. Amazing service!
I work with Lenzy who help me resolve a tough issue with my unit so expeditiously. She alway make me feel special each time we encounter one another. Outstanding customer service, very professional, I highly recommend using this place when it comes to storage.
