The whitehaven location staff is very unpleasant & unprofessional. Thankfully I don’t have to deal with them to have the storage.
Very clean and I like the security
From the time I met Keke, her professionalism assured me I selected the best company for my storage needs. She has been both kind and amenable concerning matters she has had to address. She has efficiently approached every matter. Some solutions were complex and others required a more practical touch. She has been patient and when necessary very pragmatic. Also, there has never been an occasion, even under pressure, where I've seen her behave unkindly. She speaks to everyone respectfully. Even when the office has been crowded, I always see her address each customer with patience and kindness one opportunity at a time. It's refreshing to even experience this type of service! Keke communicates openly and honestly. (I really appreciate that). The cleanliness of the property is ALWAYS important to her. She ensures the storage units are clean and the property is safe. When I have needed other products or services, Keke has been very knowledgeable concerning them. Public Storage really has a gem!
Keke is the best! She helped me out of a bind today, she had plenty of packing materials in stock! Most importantly plenty of stretch wrap!

This is the most ghetto storage location I have yet to experience, these two black young ladies ran my card for a storage unit for 30 dollars and stated that the card didn’t process on their end but, I showed them the account balance and notification which obviously showed the money was removed out of my account on 07-04-2023. They have managers that were called and unprofessionally they didn’t answer any of their calls regarding this matter. I was sitting in the parking lot and storage for about an hour only to hear we can’t give you a unit and that the money would go back on my card in which it is 07-06-2023 and the money still isn’t on the card….Yuck just unprofessional do not go there!!!!
The worst storage experience I've ever had. You guys have over 1000+ storage units but only 2 push carts in the entire facility. Then you have tenants up there that push the push carts inside their store unit and lock them in there like it's theirs. Then when I went to the office the first time to ask did they have any more. She told me if it's not out there on the floor then it's not anymore but said it in a rude way. So today when I went up there to move some more stuff I went back in the office to complain about the distance I have to walk just to move stuff in because they have tenants that lock the carts up in their unit. She told me that it's nothing they can do it's out of their control. So I moved all of my things back out of there. IT'S RIDICULOUS !!!!!! I'm not dealing with that when it's much nicer storage places in the area for less money. Yall want to charge a arm and leg but rude and it's a hassle. DON'T RENT HERE !!!!! You will regret it.
