Came in last week for a quote for storage , the young lady named Shae was so helpful && patient. She was very cheerful and nice.
This parking garage is dangerous getting in and out. There is one way Up and down the ramp to the second floor. The ramp is also really narrow. There was many times only one flatbed available for you when moving stuff in and out of the car. Many times they were located on the first floor when my unit was on the second floor. The units are so crammed in the space. There are lots of markings all over the building cars hitting objects inside of the building due to lack of space for cars to get around. There’s also hardly ever anyone at the front desk and It can take days to receive phone calls back. When I first checked into the unit, it did have a mildew smell to it. Checking out took about a hour because there was no one at the front desk to assist me. Let me tell you, there is no AC in the building so waiting this long was the last thing I wanted to do. This used to be a parking garage, So just remember, it’s going to be about 10 to 20° hotter in the building than it is outside. I would definitely not recommend this place. Two stars for making the booking process easy.
Please note the following review came before I had been contacted by Upper management in regards to the review. There were a lot of frustrating experiences but I do believe (James) really does care about customer feedback. He called me and apologized for the problems mentioned below and promised me there had already been upgrades to the premises that he ensured would fix these issues. He fixed the issues with the accounts and apologized profusely for the misunderstandings and for this I am very grateful.
(Before James called me):
I have two units and I canceled one on the 27th of last month (Aug). They already charged my card that month and told me the amount I payed would be put on my only other unit for next months rent. Three have passed and I've left countless messages and shown up in person during normal business hours. I can't cancel them from the app and nobody seems to work there or return calls. I've also been there 3 separate times during the weekend when we needed stuff out of the unit and they were closed even though multiple times said they were open.
Since this happened they've installed an automatic gate opener that opens every day at a set time so someone doesn't have to be there. A great example of a business owning up and going the extra mile to fix issues. +3.5 stars in my book!
Do not recommend. I rented a storage unit on the second floor while transitioning apartment buildings for the summer and every clothing I stored grew mold in the 3 months they were there. The location is great, close to the university, perfect for students looking for a place to put their stuff but it is not worth it if at the end, every single item you own gets damaged. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

I paid online for a unit and everything was going great until I got to the building. It’s extremely hot and small spaced. No where to park inside! Man oh man the smells when you get closer to the ramp make you wanna vomit and then when i got to my unit it was bits of trash and the smell is worse! I’m too mad I can’t get a refund because I would have never rented and won’t be recommending anyone!

Driving to your unit is a little nerve wracking, but thats not the owner's fault so I'm still giving 5 stars. Their pricing is comparable to uhaul self store. They've been very easy to work with.

This was the simplest process I've ever experienced with a service for storage or potentially any service. Their online or to book is seamless and straight forward. Easy and was completed in no time at all.
Megan the day of my move, of which was the movers are anxious about getting the large truck in, she was so helpful and went above and beyond.
I would not only recommend public storage but she to speak with Megan.
Now Megan is great but the place is dirty lts not covered on top so you know verments get in there. They hound you for payment even tho I've told them multiple time my unemployment check is coming. I resigned from my job to care for my sick mother. Ugh compassion anyone. And they should really cover the tops gross. Especially since the small one I have is $60 a month.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I made 4-5 separate phone calls, spoke with a different person each time, and no one was on the same page. Ended up paying for an extra month of rent because no one was there to even work. “Policy” they said… you can only enforce “policy” if it’s understood across the board, everyone I spoke to told me a different version of this “policy”.

So close to campus- made moving so incredibly easy!! There is even a loading dock for trucks which made moving seem like a hop and a skip! Recommend to all SLU students looking for storage. So close to campus I was able to move everything in my unit in less than an hour! Incredible workers too- so helpful.

Just what I needed for a short time. I created me a second walk in closet in my storage unit while I redecorated my home. I created a beautiful space just for me. My dress up clothes in the middle of the city. The couple managing the site is my new family. Their personalities are so welcoming and professional. I highly recommend this location.

Incredible service. They were kind and helpful when we were buying boxes, their Bluetooth service and app make getting in and out easy, and they worked with me and my family when we got there a minute past closing time so we could get our storage in there before we left town. If I could give six stars, I would.

This place doesnt have unlimited in/out access which is very annoying because there hours are not convenient for people to get in there during the evening times. I will never store anything there again!!!

This place is constantly closing early unbelievable , got there at a couple mins after 5 and their closed again...Every time I have time they close early, the door was open when I drove by but by time I got turned around they'd closed the door... I'm very upset because this happens all the time... And there are no public restrooms to use after you get here and finish unloading you've got to leave and go somewhere else since there isn't any to be found anywhere in today's society just a shame...
