I was in St. Louis for Christmas and had the laborious task of cleaning out my storage unit. I’ve had this unit for 7 years and really haven’t opened it since. I had no idea where my key was, barely knew which unit, and Andrea guided me through this process. She made it easy. She went above and beyond, and I am so thankful she was there to help! I would certainly consider using Public Storage in the future, if I ever need storage unit.

We have 3 units here. We had a large trailer we were trying to pull in, The storage manager Karen is the only reason we got it in! She went above and beyond to help us. We have storage units at a few places for our business and are slowly moving them all here. Units are clean and access is very easy. We rented here because of the convenience , we stay because of Karen’s customer service :)

Who would imagine that renting a storage unit could be … A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE?!?! Kami at the Brentwood office in St. Louis Missouri transformed a tedious task into an uplifting experience because she cares so much and went to great lengths to make sure that I was getting the right sized container for my college kid’s needs. Since I live far away , this has to be done over the phone and I was amazed at how responsive Kami was . I haven’t seen customer service like this in so long that I thought that it was a relic from another era so good job , Public Storage!!
Recently moved some furniture to the Public Storage S. Brentwood location. This location is in St. Louis, MO.
I had a great "move in" experience. The property manager, Kami, was right there to meet me as we started moving in. Kami was super pleasant and very helpful. She checked out my unit to make sure it was clean and dry. Kami also gave me some plastic coverings at no charge to help protect my furniture. When we were finished with our move, Kami was there to check to see if everything went well etc. Great Customer Service! Thank you Kami!

I recently had the most wonderful customer service experience at the Brentwood location. Kami the property manager was very thorough, patient and professional in answering all of my questions pertaining to the facility and storage units. She provided me a first hand experience by walking me to different units explaining to me fully the sizes of units. By the time she finished I knew I was at the right place. Anyone who is looking for a first class customer service experience and the opportunity to store their goods this is the place for you. On a scale of 1-10 my experience was off the scale. I will be recommending this storage facility to my friends and family should they be looking for a place to store their things.

I would definitely recommend this storage the workers are great and Cami the general manager is awesome if you want somewhere that's convenient and not dirty you should come here they have literally helped me and worked with me when I was late on the payment and a lot of places don't do that thank you public storage for making my time there the very best
I came to the Brentwood location to get a unit. I chose this place after reading the good reviews. I went into the office and spoke with Kami, the property manager. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, unfortunately the size unit I needed was not available. Otherwise I would have gotten a unit for the great customer service.

This place is s great place to have your belongings stored at. Its in a great area and has wonderful staff. I've been here for months now and I've never experienced as much customer support like I have from this place. The property manager is absolutely amazing and continuously works around the clock to assure all your expectations are met and that your overall satisfactions maintain nothing less than 100% . I advise anyone looking for storage rental space to consider this place hands down
