DO NOT RENT HERE! They will get you with a low introductory rate but continually raise it. My rent was raised 3 times in a year and a half and was paying more than double the original and double the advertised price on the website!

We've had a unit with Public Storage for less than six months and received an email saying that our monthly auto-pay will increase 40%. When we called the location to ask the reason for such a large increase and so soon, we were told they are not able to adjust our rent at this time.
Also important to note is that we visited our unit today and discovered that one of our locks had been cut. It's unclear who did this or when it happened, and the attendant had no solution for it and said we could go back through old video.
I unfortunately did not receive assistance several times within the first 30 days of having service. I was ready to completely part ways with the company but then received a phone call to get my problems and questions remedied. I spoke with someone in management, and it was a sincere human who seemed to truly care about his business and customers. I was shocked how genuine and charismatic he was, a rare find. He turned my agitation into understanding and was humble in his delivery. Because of his sincerity and wanting to make things right, my original review of 1 star is now 4. If the other interactions were with him, it would be an astounding 5.
This location is great, the units are clean and well maintained. I worked with Dani, she was really helpful and made sure I got the right unit for my needs. I’ve rented with several companies and this location of Public Storage is the best.

BEWARE OF RELENTLESS PRICE INCREASES! I had a 10' x 30' locker that started at $115 a month for several years and the price increases were yearly until I gave it up when it hit $475 a month for a metal box that at the time was offered to new customers for $130 a month! This rate would've got you a small apartment until very recently! I downsized to a 10' x 15' unit only 4 months ago going for $117 a month and the rate was just raised to $160 a month!!!! These places are a very, very bad deal unless you only use them for short term storage only. They seem to think that when you settle in you will not move out anytime soon and you will pay the ridiculous constantly escalating rental fees. Certainly no incentive for loyal customers here.
I came in yesterday Monday to check my unit out. I had to come into the office where I was greeted by Dani. Needing her assistance I was able to watch her do a rental. I used to work for PS and I can tell you she hit every point in a rental. While doing so a customer became rude because he wasn’t being helped quick enough. She handled it with such respect and calmness. Customers need to understand that they have a job to do as well. She was so professional about it. I enjoyed the conversations we shared while she helped gain access back into my unit. Thanks Dani!

Great customer service ! I flew into town from Atlanta and they were super accommodating on my move.
Storage lot is NOT secure. While my trailer was in their "secure" lot, there was an attempted break-in to my trailer. The attempted break-in resulted in damage to my trailer and lock. Public Storage refuses to compensate me for the costs related to the damage of my trailer and they have also not provided me with the security footage. Additionally, they claimed they would be filing a police report and would follow up with me. They did not follow up and when I contacted them again they said they would not be filing a police report.
If you are thinking about storing anything in their "secure" lot please know that people (or perhaps employees) are able to break into the lot and damage your property. Once your property has been damaged, Public Storage will not offer restitution or assist in seeking restitution for the cost of the damage.
Clean, mostly quiet, and easy access to storage units. 4 instead 5 stars because the inner doors don't really work with the app you have to type in your code
The staff are my fav. Always help me accomplish what I need & understanding.

They were so close to getting one star until Meghan came down to assist me. The unit was dirty and the lights inside didn't work. I called office for a broom and Meghan came with her pleasant personality got one of the lights going and helped to clean debris from unit. Most folks have to use storage because of life transitions some good/some bad but when it's the bad/overwhelming transition its great to have someone show you compassion
They are very polite and work with me when im late and the techs tattoos are nice

One thing I will say is I have faith in management here. Less than 48 hours did I hear back from the district manager. He reached out to me about my concerns , I am so happy that there are companies that actually listen to good and bad , and to know that my concerns were heard AND they are being addressed ! You go James ! You’re a great district manager!
The late fee is extremely too high. Unfortunately, I experienced this mishap, but wasn't too pleased with the fees. The due dates should not be on the first of every month, should be on the day that you acquire the space. For instance, I aquired a space after the first of the month and my next payment was due on the first. To some this is not fair if you aquired the space a week before the first of the month and turn around a week later and pay again. I think this policy should be reviewed and changed.
All staff are amazing, rates are decent. Dani specifically has been great to work with!

Excellent costumer service! The manager Dani truly took her time to help me. I didn’t get that at the last place before I moved. She made the process easy. Will definitely be using them again.
Dani at the front desk was super helpful and was able to get me a unit for the price I needed. I like how secure the building is, you have to use a code or phone to get past every door and gate.
90% of the time things seem to go all right, so the company gets 5 star 90% of the time from the customers. How good a service company such as Public Storage gives is when things don't go as anticipated by the customers and how they handle the situations. I always look at the 1 star ratings first and go up from there. I have to say half of one star rating givers are unreasonable or just idiots. This location is in the inter-city with the inter-city clientele. The staff is usually polite and professional enough till they are questioned or challenged the company policies by the clients. The woman just hung up on the phone when I asked why my rent was raised $37.00 a month and I giggled after her answer that 200 other customers rents were raised also. That's not professional at all, but what can one expect from someone with low pay and not much training and education. Enuf said!

I guess it's a cool place I've run a little spot in there and they make you pay for a lock and then they charge you $15 extra for insurance so the 43 Locker went up to $50 somehow , But it's still cool. Thank you

Fast , easy! Great customer service. I got the exact storage unit I needed. They work with you amazingly when setting up appointments. The great thing is they call within minutes of making a reservation! I have been working with them for over 3 years and they have never failed me. I refer them to friends and family, even strangers. This place is the place to go! I love it!
If I could give ZERO stars I absolutely would this storage management (DANNY HURST and the Regional Director James)is terrible! I spoke with the both of them in regards to My couch being stuck on the company elevator last week and they were both completely nonchalant in regards to my situation they only told me to come back and get the furniture when it was back up and running after I already paid a professional moving to move everything when I explained that I was paying movers $165/hr to that and how inconvenient this whole situation was for me they simply told me that it’s not their fault because the mover should’ve stayed even though they couldn’t provide a CLEAR ETA on the elevator getting back up and running. Absolutely displeased and will never book the company again . & to top my experience off they left my 3 piece furniture set out in the lobby for anyone to grab

Because of the area thus establishment is in and because there is an extensive amount of crime this place gets an extremely bad rap. AND they have adjusted their rates accordingly because of all these things. My unit along with 11 other ones got broken into and they have been and continue trying to accommodate me because of what happened...!
