Alice was so good to work with! She’s very knowledgeable and friendly.

Their customer service is horrible. Their communication with each other and us the customers is close to nothing. We have called SEVERAL times to drop an extra charge and they haven’t gotten back to us in over a week. Even during business hours, they refuse to pick up our calls. Also, they allowed our first storage garage to get taken by a stranger. Don’t go through them!

Stopped into Public Storage and was assisted by Gwyneth who was super friendly and really helpful, I’m condensing two houses into one, but wanted to save some furniture for the kids who will be graduating soon and likely need the furniture in the future but couldn’t decide what size would work best, after walking the facility and with Gwen’s help we got just the right size and excited that it’s indoors and easy to access thanks for the help!!

It is not expected to have to use a leaf blower to clear paint chips to get to your belongings. Having orange paint chips 1/2 way into the storage unit and on your belongings is not normal. It is not expected to have orange paint chips coming into my house now because paint chips get on everything. Public storage - make this make sense.

Worst place to store your things. My unit with “climate control” ended up flooding and they decided to do nothing. Property manager doesn’t pick up the phone. When I moved out they still charged me for the next month even though they said they wouldn’t. Horrible.

This location is an excellent placefor storage. Teeirra was an absolute professional, and went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with my accommodations/ storage unit and service was exceptional. They do a great job. Also love the app makes it very easy to get in and out.

The property manager is awesome, nice person, somewhat responsive, and willing to help with what she can. She’s the only reason I’m giving them one star. Honestly, this place is ridiculously overpriced for their dirty, small and Inconvenient storage units. Gates have a mind of their own to get in and out even though anyone and I mean any human is capable of getting in you can go under The fence in many areas or even jump over it With very little effort. Maintenance is very subpar. Snow removal is terrible. Make sure you have a shovel if you Are going to rent a unit from them heads up. End don’t you ever dare miss a payment there is zero option for any kind of help or understanding in this company. If they have any chance to take more money from you, they 100% will. For $142per month for a tiny little space, so, unless you really plan to utilize your unit, I highly recommend trying all your other options before you rent here

Nice, clean facility and their app is very good. But, beware of frequent and large price hikes: in my 18 mos as a customer, they went from $40 > $50 > $75 . Yes, a 25% increase and then ANOTHER 50% increase for the same, small unit with no explanation of any additional/commensurate value I was receiving. Percentage wise, those are far outpacing any reasonable inflationary increases, which I do think are reasonable and expected. I will also note that snow removal in the winter months is sub par. Moving on.

Wow! Absolutely terrible! I've payed my bills on time, even 105 dollars everytime and still my storage unit is going to be auctioned off. This company wants to scam you. Do not rent here! They even locked their doors BEFORE 3PM! Which I tried to pay them at the store instead of online! Which makes no sense if your STORE HOURS ON GOOGLE MAPS SAY OPEN TILL 9PM! I have card reports saying I've even payed them hundreds of dollars and they never accept my payments! This company is a scam! EDIT: Sadly, their website dosent take my Visa Debit Card. No idea why, but they don't. Have been having to GO INSIDE the building JUST TO PAY! Kind of a scam saying you can "pay online" when you CANT pay with a VISA! Staff have been friendly, but don't let their friendliness take a grasp of you. Boxes inside my unit ACCUMULATED MOLD AND WATER DAMAGE! Boxes were in perfect condition upon renting, but my unit must have had water damage! Sadly, pretty sure my renters insurance that I payed for along with the 35% upcharge from my past months of renting dosent help at ALL! I even had a PILLOW in a blue bag, photo included, that had STORED WATER INSIDE IT! So long the pillow I guess. I will be taking a look at the contents inside my boxes, and if things ARE DAMAGED, I will be VERY upset and will NEVER recommend your company! Edit #2: Congratulations, you have ruined an entire box of Tech. About $400 in damage. Overall, I do not recommend. Will be contacting their office today to make a claim.

Steve from the front desk went above and beyond to give a great experience. He made set up for the new unit quick and easy, helped us clear snow to access our unit, and even came to check on us again when we've visited our unit on other occasions. This man is the best, super personable, and he deserves a raise. Beyond that, the unit was clean and in good shape, and it's been serving it's purpose well. The app for the gates has also been very handy.

I’ve been renting a storage unit here for 3 months and just received and email they are raising the rent by 40%. I Did not receive any explanation as to why, and when I contacted customer service all I was told is that “Public Storage reserves the right to raise rates as they see fit.” Don’t rent here, there are more affordable options available, especially ones that will not raise your rent by 40% after 3 months.

Do not rent from Public Storage if you plan to rent a unit more than a few months. In a years time, they have raised our rates twice. The most recent increase is $48 more per month. Which is a 35% increase!

I've only been a customer for 1 month but man am I impressed thus far. I was able to rent the space online and didn't have to be in person for anything. The app makes opening gate easy and facility is clean and easy access. Only suggestion would be to have better signage on outside buildings. Wasn't easy to tell which building my unit was located in or best place to unload belongings.

Andrew was great and answered all our questions in a professional manner while being very personable. Definitely a keeper!
