Andres was a great help
Andres is amazing at communicating with you and is very friendly and thoughtful. I had an issue with my ex not communicating with me about getting his stuff out of the unit and I needed to go check the next day to make sure everything was gone even though it was the 1st of the month. Andres had called me and told me because I showed up the 1st of the month that I was going to be charged for the month. I explained everything to him and he called his boss to explain my side and they were so understanding and they waved the payment for me. I unfortunately can't remember the lady's name but Andres worked with me and helped me out so much. So thank you very much Andres and thank you to the lady that also helped me out.

After a year and a half they raise the rent about 50% a year until you’re paying another mortgage. Andreas is a very diligent and caring site manager, and the district manager Alina is a good listener, responsive and a strong representative of Public Storage,
But the company at a corporate level is clearly a vulture private equity operation, and runs PS as a money mill with zero regard for the loyalty of its clients.
Try calling one of their locations directly. Can’t do it. Everything is run by algorithms, "download our app," faceless money machine.
ALL FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS!
Like everything else in America: Stay with an independent facility as long as you can!!!
Andres is a rockstar! The customer service he provided was amazing... I rented online, but when I started moving in, he came over and welcomed me, giving me simple suggestions on how to best use the unit I rented. Highly recommended.
I moved from a different storage unit in the area and the customer service, maintenance and overall property in general is so much better! Andres checks in if I’m at the unit to see how things are going and if I have any questions and everyone in the office is so helpful. Happy I made the move!

Great service! Andres helped me out a ton when I was first booking my unit, and was always kind when I stopped by the office. Customer service was above and beyond 5 stars! The unit was also easy to access and perfectly spacious for my needs. Kept dry even through the snow and rain and was very clean when I moved into it.
Everything was seamless! From reserving a unit to gaining access on our first visit. FANTASTIC customer service by the fine gentleman who was there to answer all of our questions and help us today. More affordable than most places and gated with keypad access. We picked this place for its convenience and proximity to home. But I would pick this place again if I lived farther away.

Today I rented a storage unit in Apple Valley MN at 7233 155th St W. Mike was extremely helpful throughout the process. He explained everything in detail and demonstrated how everything worked (app, keys, gate etc). He also had me check online to make sure I was getting the best deal. He saved me $16 a month!!! I highly recommend this storage facility!
