Fatima was so helpful with the billing issue that was a glitch in the public storage app. Returned my call as promised, and helped to resolve the issue in a professional and respectful manner.

Very small and secluded location but very clean management is very helpful

I spoke with a very nice young lady a few weeks ago, my the name of Rakeda. She really made my experience which was my first experience the best one yet. This young lady showed what customer care looks like to the utmost. We need more people like this young lady.

Just drove here in a rain storm with a baby in tow to buy moving supplies at 3:45 in the afternoon and the office is closed. Website and all available sources indicate they should be open

Only leaving a one star review because the prices increased 3 times over the last 10 months of being in this unit. Air conditioning unit doesn’t seem to keep cool during the hot summer months or atleast that was my experience last year and so many times the elevator to go up to the unit was not working. Started off paying $175, moved out paying $381. No reason provided either for the price increases.

Rashida has been extremely helpful and professional in assisting me with the flood in my unit and the transfer to another unit. Her level of dedication to customer service is the best any customer can hope for. Public Storage should be happy to have her. AAA for Rashida!

Affordable prices, Clean units !

By far, this has been one of my best experiences with any storage facility. The level of customer service was impressive to say the lesst. The communicaton was great throughout the entire process. Not to mention how nice the Public Storage facility is. It is sanitary, with adequate space & security. Special Thanks to all the staff!

Rakita has been very sweet and helpful both times I have spoken to her. But the office is staffed less than half the times I was here during business hours. I got a storage unit in the upper level and it gets very hot and humid during the summer. On the other hand, it is relatively decent over the winter. Plus, as with other storage spaces, they will increase the prices after a few months and again every few months after that. If I were to do it again, I would rent a spot for the non-summer months if possible.

My friend needed to find and use a storage unit within 24 hours. she was moving from a house to a small apartment and all the things she had left to move (by professional movers) wouldn’t fit in the apartment. Public Storage was very helpful. everything has gone very well the past six months, and now we are slowly getting her things moved out. The space is nice and temperature controlled as we sit in there and get things sorted.

This was my first experience using a storage facility or should I say inquiring about it. I’m in the process of moving and possibly will need a storage unit if I don’t secure the space I need for my furniture. I didn’t really know what to expect but had my own presumptions i.e. mice, dirt, Etc. I’m a very picky person but Miss Francine was phenomenal as she walked me through the reservation process, the insurance requirements, and was very patient with me and all of my questions. Miss Francine was very well versed in the process and she made feel more comfortable about using the facility. The facility was super clean, renovated and secure. Would definitely recommend this location to other local residents. 10/10

The staff there is great and very helpful. Don’t be to go to them with a problem. I was having a cash flow issue sometime back and the staff was really good about it which is not what I expected. One of them gently reprimanded me by encouraging me to communicate with them more. Great point!

I’m giving 4 stars because I needed last minute storage and I wasn’t familiar with the process. So I called first and spoke with a Miss Rickeda. She answered every question I had with clarity. So I decided to move forward with the process. I came to the location and I doubled checked some of the questions I had already asked and she politely answered them again. Outside of Miss Rickeda pleasant demeanor and amazing customer service I noticed the cleanliness of the facility and the unit I used. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the location isn’t the best especially because of the lack of parking. If and when the time come again I will be using this location again based of my experience.
