Update: still happy with this location. Had to call the manager with a couple questions about my bill and he was able to help me.
I think when you need an extra space for your extra stuff then public storage is the best option.
Need to understand their rental policy, door lock purchase policy, rental insurance policy etc so there is no surprises when you need to move out.

The moment I stepped into the facility, I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization. Todd greeted me with professionalism & guided me through the process with ease. The attention to detail instilled confidence in me to rent here.
Prices keep going up and up .. Told free payments on the automatey phone, but charge 10.00 for payment... There worst than loan shark's... And trying to get help! They charge 20.00 by phone... Not happy at all... 😡

LUCIA VERY PROFESSIONAL HELPED ME A LOT TO FIND THE RIGHT UNIT AMD THE BEST PEICE.
The worse. They went into my storage and items were missing. I was told that my items could not be returned and all items are stored at the owners risk. I also overheard a female customer complaining a month earlier that her jewelry in her jewelry box were missing. I should have left at that moment. Now, my valuables are gone. This is a shady location. To make things worse, my unit even had mold in it from the ceiling leaking.
This place is filthy. They have a terrible rodent problem. I saw a bunch of mice running in and out of a storage unit. I also saw mice droppings everywhere.
Todd is very helpful and very efficient. He will walk you through the entire process in no time!

Been renting here for a couple years. Visited tonight to move a couple things out of my unit. While moving a couch, we tipped over a humidity absorber thing and it spilled everywhere. Of course we were there after office hours. We were in a pickle because we didn’t want to just leave without trying to inform them. We were able to flag down someone related to the business so we could at least tell them what happened as we felt bad about leaving it. Someone else who worked there ended up coming out to talk to us and explain what can be done about it. I really, really appreciate them doing that. It was after hours so they didn’t need to help me out but they did! Thank you so much for being so kind and understanding. :)

I was in and out super friendly customer service everything super easy to rent a storage . Carmela the best
As a business owner and using the storage to store my access inventory i am always in and out of the unit droping something off picking something up, so i would always get out and press the key in code and keep doing it until one day, Carmela the manager on site, waved at me on the way out between my personal matters and was able to assist me and simplify my life by introducing me to the app, helping me set it up and test it, and verify that it works properly with my phone. That day is now went down in history of the best customer service I ever received. Single handedly did she not only save me from the cold days of getting in and out, But also with such a great app I am always driving into the unit safely. Thank you , for making my life a little easier.
