Very good. Needed a place to store my items. Public Storage, in Bensenville, was clean and secure. Online reservation process was easy, and staff was available, and friendly. I would definately recommend this site for storage.

I recently went to my storage unit and after I left I realized I had forgotten something just outside the space. I immediately called and Denise answered. I explained what I did and that I wouldn't be able to make it back until the next day. Denise was great as usual and said she'd go to the area and grab my box and lock it in the office. I appreciate her quick response and commitment to her customers.

She was able to meet me at the facility before I confirmed any payment details, showed me the unit I was interested in and finalized all my information to complete my rental process. Denise was competent and capable in assisting me with choosing the correct size I needed for storing my belongings. AND very well informed at the additional things I would need to keep things safe while in storage - who knew mattress bags were a thing 😱 not me till Denise educated me. I think prices are high, but location and the fact that someone is onsite balanced that out in my decision making process.
Denise is the best!!! Professional, personable, and an absolute asset to Public Storage! We ran into an issue and she worked with us to resolve it with compassion and professionalism. We have used other storage facilities in the past that have staff that don't come close to compare to her. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

During the past twenty years we have experienced several property managers. Without a doubt, Denise is the best. She has always answered our concerns to our utmost satisfaction. She has never disappointed us. If our questions needed some research for an answer, Denise never failed us. She has always been able to achieve a satisfactory result for us. I am rating her customer service on behalf of Public Storage at five (5) stars. And my wife also rates Denise's customer service at five (5) stars. I wish all customer service representatives that I deal with were as competent and personable as Denise. She could be a success in any setting.

We had our key to our storage unit break off in the lock one day last week. We went to the office and Denise was working, she said she will call someone to get the lock changed. Well the guy was unavailable so she said we had to get a locksmith, well the locksmith we called was a joke and when he got there 2-days later, he said he could not do these locks. So again we had to contact the office and talk to Denise and let her know its urgent we get in the unit. She went above and beyond to get this done the same day! We were so thankful for her urgency and professionalism in this matter.
