Brent with Public Storage in Mount Prospect, IL helped me find the appropriate storage unit for my business as I move from South Bend, IN to Mount Prospect. He was patient and persistent in getting my application through electronically. He answered my questions (when will the rent increase and by how much, for how long) openly. He said I can reach out to him with any challenges. I had tried to find storage with CubeSmart which was difficult, concerned about the rent increases there. Ask for Brent, he is great!

This is a fantastic location for Mount Prospect residents, and the manager is a local guy who is extremely helpful and kind: Brent Busse. Not only is he very knowledgeable about everything with leasing a unit and all of the options that would meet our particular needs, because he is a lifelong MP native, he really cares about our customer experience more than most. He is not just a "corporate" face, rather, he treats us like a neighbor and takes time with us. I don't write a lot of reviews but when someone stands out, I want to call attention to them.

Lady in charge of the place really lazy went there she said she could not help because she had her 45 min break and i said ok every job has to have their break came back 45 min later she said she could not help because she was going to close in 20 min told her what i had to do would not take that long she still refused to help.....UPDATE ON REVIEW I BROUGHT THIS with her manager Adam and he help me out with this situation really helped out and also the guy working there today Jin really polite and great customer service i actually met him on a different public storage location before all this and hes always really polite helps out alot

Too expensive
Moved here from Ohio. Downsized from a 3 story house to a one bedroom apartment. Needed a safe, secure and climate controlled storage space for my motorbike and seasonal stuff that doesn’t fit in the apartment. I’ve dealt with Nico since the beginning and he has been wonderful to deal with. Nico’s customer service is excellent and he helped me with the app and a few other minor issues I had. 10/10 recommend this particular Public Storage.

Great service from your associate, I believe his name is Roger. I signed up on Thursday June 2 at 3pm. If I did not get his name correct it was the employ at this time.
I wish to complement the management at the Mt Prospect store for having such a great guest service. He was very kind to me. I am over 70 with a hearing lost. Roger was patient with me. He took the time to get me signed in and helped with the store app. Even when I would make a mistake he took the time to explain what I needed to do.
The store was clean and easy to get around.
I really liked the security the Roger followed. When he took me on a tour he locked the office.
I feel confident my items will be safe at this Public Storage Mt Prospect.

I rented a space from the MP Public Storage for 2 years. I recently removed all the furnishings from my unit and all were in the same good condition as when I first put them in. Roger was especially helpful and professional during my experience. I removed my furniture on the last day of the month. The charge for the next month had already gone through but Roger reversed the charge PROACTIVELY, before I asked him to. I absolutely recommend Roger and Mt Prospect Public Storage.
