I received excellent customer service from an employee names Mitch. He was so kind and helpful and offered top notch customer service for my storage needs. He really does go above and beyond.
Good customer service. The two stars are for that alone. My storage bill has gone up three times in 8 months. If you’re looking for storage don’t choose the first floor and don’t choose this storage company.

The employees that was on duty 10-5-2024 at your Kennestone circle location was very helpful, place was clean and very speedy service. A family had to pull over because their 3years old had gotten car sick and needed to use the restroom to clean the child up, your staff was very helpful. It was a caravan of about 3 SUV full with family members, they was from out of state. It was their 3 time stopping with the child being car sick.
Let me start by saying I gave this location 5 stars because of the superb customer service that I received from the property manager, Mitch. Not only did he return my call in a timely manner he actually listened as I vented and offered to address the problem. He was courteous, professional and personable and I appreciate the excellent level of customer care that he provided. He is an asset to this company.

Want to give a shout out to Mitch!! I stopped by public storage on Cobb Parkway, as I do many times throughout the week for my business. I came out to my car and it wouldn’t crank. I went and knocked on the door of the office to see if anyone was still there as it was 5 minutes until closing! Mitch came to the door and said he got off at 6 and would pull around to give my car a jump! Mitch definitely deserves some credit. Thank you Mitch!
Mitch and Denise are both super friendly and helpful! I have been renting here for a long time and recently went in with some questions that Mitch helped answer for me. He ended up helping me the following day as well when I wanted to transfer to a different unit. He is quite polite, eager to please, and easy to get along with. Denise also called me one day when there was an issue at one of my units. I rushed over and she assured me everything was okay and the problem was resolved. I was very appreciative of her communication. Very great customer service from these 2 employees!

This location (1285 Kennestone Circle, Marietta, GA) is very spacious and clean. The staff member, Denice, that helped me was pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating with regards to the size of the unit I may be interested in renting. The building itself is in a very easy location off Route #41 in Marietta, GA. I highly recommend taking a look at this location.

After having difficulty finding a storage open on Sundays and last minute that wasn’t too pricey we found this one. Mitch at the front desk really really was a big help! Dealing with a noisy brother and friend and my mom’s many questions he handled the situation with the utmost professionalism I’ve seen in a long time. He kept his composure and followed all steps to showing us how big the units were and helped us decide which would best fit our needs. If you happen to get Mitch you’ll be lucky! Thank you Mitch!

We had a flat tire Sunday and pulled into the Public Storage parking lot. Thank goodness we did because calls to AAA kept getting dropped and Mitch saved the day. I am disappointed because I spoke with someone 3 days ago to cancel my storage, my storage was locked when I got there, and I got off work early to speak with someone in person, but doors were locked. They have now charged my card and not picking up the phone. I am furious.

We received our storage unit from Denise today. She was absolutely fantastic. This public storage has great employees. And I recommend anybody needing a storage to come to this one.
The rate hikes are absurd. I’ve had two rate increases within the past year and my monthly rent has doubled within that timeframe. This place is a scam.
I have been here for several years and have undergone SEVERAL rent increases. I now pay $325 for a 10x20, yet they charge $228 for a larger room (albeit via elevator). Still, $100 more??? The same size room is WAAAYYYY less at other storage facilities. The only reason I haven’t moved YET is because I’m disabled. However, I’m now married and we are securing another place and moving out imminently. Another reason for wanting to get out is the fact that they allow homeless men to live in the facilities. I am often harassed when in and retrieving items from my unit. I do not feel safe at this location in the least. There are ALWAYS homeless hanging in the area, probably because they live here.
The people that work here are nice, but paying $325 for a unit you can get elsewhere for more than $125 less is ridiculous. You’d think they’d want to keep long standing clients rather than chase them away with rate hikes. Especially when dealing with homeless men that call this place home. (Which is a huge fire hazard. You don’t know what they are doing to keep warm, eat, etc.). But my husband buys/sells units for a living so a move is quite simple. They can have their insane rates, I’m out.
This is the best Public Storage location in the area. I have been storing there for quite a while and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The manager Harrison is super cool and keeps everything running smoothly. If you’re looking for a storage space, go talk to Harrison. You won’t be sorry!
They sold my unit and didn’t allow me to get important paperwork and kids meds and breathing machine, I will be suing this storage unit..
Ive rented from this facility for almost 2 years and have had 2 rent increases within the past 12 months. The elevator to take me to my unit was down for several months forcing us renters to take the long and dangerous stairs or not access our things to avoid the extra hassle. Mosquitoes and other flying bugs are a huge issue on the back building. The bathrooms are not kept clean or stocked with paper most times. Further, they dont prorate your bill if you try to move out, forcing you to pay a full months rent just to get your things out. Ive rented from many storage units here in Atlanta and this facility continues to drop the ball for Renters.

I have been to many storage places over the years and it’s painful most times! From start to finish Ms. Celeste was a dream to work with, best property manager I’ve encountered. She was extremely knowledgeable, walked us to multiple units to compare, aided us in knowing which were closest to which doors, which floor was most convenient - she was just overall amazing and thorough! I live quite a ways away and was apprehensive on reserving it because of the distance, but dealing with someone so very pleasant is worth the drive. Thank you again for all of your help Ms. Celeste!!
Hold the phone- this place knocked my socks off. I cannot get over how well maintained and professionally oriented this establishment is. I was helped by Harrison, and he changed my entire perspective on the service industry and raised the bar to a height that seldom could ever dream of being able to see. Public storage is a magnificent enterprise to conduct business.

Terrible experience. The front desk personnel have no authority to provide customer service. This is not a review of the individuals on site. This is a review of Public Storage, in general. Beware.
- the site is in poor working order
- personnel are unable to assist in any meaningful way, due to company policies
- multiple efforts to reach management failed at each point of entry (online customer service, chat bot, website, etc.)
- we are unable to remove our property due to the site's broken elevators
- no assurance of when it will be fixed

I storage my college dorm furniture here for the summer. Very helpful, friendly, understanding and goes above and beyond. Excellent customer service! The storage is secureDefinitely will consider this location for another storage adventure.
This is a homeless shelter not a storage unit. There’s a homeless shelter for women and children very close to this faculty . The men that are jut allowed in the shelter rent storage units then camp out there all day long. I’ve seen men and women literally camped out, some with animals. The bathrooms are always disgusting on locked and management finds every excuse to ignore the issue. I’ve also seen men within code slide open doors that require codes with their bare hands

Just getting settled from moving a few days ago I visited this location. From the time I walked in the place was super clean. Vita greeted me with a smile and helped me choose the right size storage space. I was having a bad day and she encouraged me and I felt so much better. I don't usually leave reviews but, this was a great experience so I had to share. Everything was done so smoothly and explained so clearly no surprises. Great Service
The staff is so kind comforting and helpful I was traveling and hit a pot hole that busted my tire I coasted into the parking lot upon entering the building I was greeting warmly inori lent me a jack as I didn't have one in my car mrs.vita and her husband helped me change to my spare and guided me to the nearest tire shop they were all so openly helpful I appreciate all of you so much...I had a safe trip south and back home Thank you for all you do!
