If I could give this place 0 star I would. I lost everything a year ago and just got my son & I out of homelessness. Now I fell behind on my payments and my unit went up for auction, which i completely understand. What I DONT understand it that I spoke to one very sweet employee who said our unit didn't get sold and I could come pay and get my stuff. Which consists mostly of my son's things and some sentimental items I got from my Grandaddy after he passed. Well I got a call the next day from the DM Julie and not only did she lie and say our stuff had been sold... after I called and the kind employee told me that wasn't true said that the DM Julie was just simply refusing to take my payment for me to move my stuff out the same day. I would be more understanding if it had been sold in Auction, but since I offered to come get it the very next day and pay plus remove everything that day... that would be a heck of alot cheaper than holding it or get someone else to remove it. I was diagnosed with a brain tumor and lost everything... I had a shred of hope and Julie stomped on it... There is no good excuse.. I was told I could get it but she is REFUSING to allow me to pay for my items and with no good reason, but being a hateful person. I LUCKILY record all of my phone calls and will be trying/fighting to pay my balance and receive my stuff, but I do NOT RECOMMEND anyone use this public storage.

I stopped in to check on some prices because, I will be moving soon and will need to put my things in storage. Carla the desk clerk was very welcoming, she was friendly, polite and professional.Carla showed me around to the different sizes of units and pricing. She was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I asked. I would most definitely recommend Public Storage on Canton Road to anyone. Thanks Carla for your friendly expertise and for making me feel right at home!!!

Came to this storage Going to the storage and meet this really helpful employee named Carla she went over and beyond to help me choose the best unit and I was very pleased with the service and would recommend that anyone come here Carla is very helpful and she has a great attitude!!!!!!

Adam was super helpful in getting us switched over to an affordable second story unit. The units seem well climate controlled and reasonably secure. The facility seems nice and clean and both Adam and his district manager were very friendly and helpful!

After shopping several storage companies, I went to the Public Storage at 2307 Canton Rd. The units are very clean and the place is well maintained. Sherri the property manager was very pleasant and accommodating and allowed me to view several different units to answer my questions. I found one that accommodated my needs and decided to rent it. Their rental system was quick and convenient and had me signed up and on my way in no time. I found reasonable rates and a well-maintained property -- if you need storage, you should definitely consider this place.

I have been renting here for about two years now and today we upgraded our unit. Andrew was on duty and was an absolute delight,very helpful for the sign up and cancelation of our old unit to the new one. He explained everything clearly made sure it processed correctly and was able to refund the lock we didn't lead. Out of all the places I've had units from, I really enjoy the staff. They are always so friendly when I have questions or need something updated. The facility itself is nice, clean, temperature controlled, gated and lots of security to put your mind at ease. Sometimes it can be hard to get a rolling cart but that's at the fault of other renters who take them or hide them. I want to make it clear that is not an issue in the staff so please blesse nice to them if you get frustrated you can't find, they have always helped me find one.

New Property Manager Alan is amazing in handling my concerns regarding my Unit. I have been a customer at this location since 2021 and he was able to as a one time courtesy waive a penalty fee , and helped me take care of online payment for my months bill. Staff and service at this location was fantastic throughout my 10 month rental. Many thanks to Tracey, she deserves a raise imo. I would have stayed if the corporate office would have quit playing games with rent increases.

This is by far the best public storage property I’ve seen. Traci in the office is super sweet and very knowledgeable and answered every question I had with a positive and friendly attitude. The property is super clean and felt safe to be there alone. Will recommend this property over any other to all of my friends and family and anyone who asks!

Great service, friendly, and informative with every question I asked.

I really liked this storages unit. I got a large unit it was a lower level which was close to everything there was always dollies there you can pull you vehicle right up to the doors. Very clean also access was to the front with my cell phone never worked so I had to use the key pad. But to exit on the far end always work. I would definitely use this location again.

This location was one of the cleanest facilities I have ever been to! The manager, Traci, was extremely helpful in her communication and follow up as my husband and I were cleaning out our unit. I would definitely recommend going to this location above all others.

I came in and was looking to rent a storage building.. Traci in the front office was wonderful! she answered every question i had and made sure i got the perfect sized unit and explained how to complete a e-rental move in for next month!

At this location you have to give your ID to the front desk in order use a hand cart which is not ideal. This is the only location I know of that requires this. But other than that, this location is nice, clean and conveniently located for my needs.

I needed to move storage units because I couldn't justify paying $200 a month for a unit at a different place. When I saw the prices that this location for the same size I originally had, I was so excited to move! Haha 😆 I totally appreciate the location, pricing, and customer service at this particular public storage. Cody helped me get setup and was a pleasure to work with! She was great to talk to and understanding. I also love how easy it is to access the building from your phone without having to stand at the door and punch in a key. I was very satisfied with the whole process, and I'm glad I rent here. Update: I am taking a star off for the carts. They have had people stealing their carts so they literally have them chained up and you have to get a key from the front office to use one. I came later in the evening a couple weeks ago and was inconvenienced by the fact that I couldn't use a cart because the office was closed. I had to come early today and can't get a cart as they are not open. It's a big inconvenience to me and others are complaining as well. They have cameras so I'm not sure why they don't contact the police when people want to steal their property. Anyways, I am informing anyone that's interested in moving there stuff here!

It was a nice easy process booking my storage unit. Kylana was also very nice, which also made things simple.

I now have my second unit here and it has been a pleasant experience. Nadia helped me by answering all of the questions that I had.

Terrible place. They have doubled our monthly rent, now the trolleys are locked down to the cement and requires a key from the office but the office is never open. Front door is always broken. Rent here if you want to carry every piece of furniture and random price hikes.
