This is the first storage unit I've ever rented before but the lady on the phone at corporate office was very helpful and I've already put my things in there since I was inquired about it this morning and the guy at the location Carlos was very helpful and efficient

Debbi is a very kind and very helpful person, who is the manager at Public Storage facility on Cobb Parkway in Marietta Ga. I was very fortunate to stop by and check out the prices and facility. I've rented many storage units in the past. When I walked in and she was very quick to ask if she could help me, She has very helpful in answering my questions and found the storage units I needed. I moved in to 2 unit that day and she told me that the third unit I needed would be available at the end of the month and she would call me when it was ready. She called and I moved in the third unit on the first of the month like she had told me. I'm very pleased with her professionalism at Public Storage. Don’t Rent A Unit Here Unless You Just Have Time For Games. This Is Property Is Very Unprofessional.. I’ve Tried Multiple Times To Get Inside A Unit I Rent There But They Cut The Locks And Replaced It With One Of Their Own After The Bill Was Already Paid SMH We Called Support And Talked To Somebody For Them To Still Not Take The Lock Off. We’ve Been Movin But That Has Been Put On Hold For 2 Goin On 3 Weeks Because Of Them. I Won’t Spend Another Dime With Them And I Suggest You Shouldnt Either. The Employees They Claim To Have Are Missing In Action As Of 6/27/22 @4:30-6 When They Claim To Be Open .. PATHETIC And Time Wasted. I Just Want My Things Out Of Here IMMEDIATELY
