Make sure that you're out by 9 or you will get locked in. Their rates are already high but they will find anyway that can to fine you. Plus, they raise their rates very frequently. It's somewhere to secure your belongings out of the rain but that's about it. Look around and you can find somewhere better and cheaper. I don't recommend it.

Don’t store anything here unless you want RATS eating up your stuff and feces all on your belongings and let’s not forget about the bug infestation that is all over everything. Worst most disgusting place so don’t store here if you want your items clean or safe

I came from NYC and give this particular location high praises. I can most definitely Say this place is very safe and secure. The onsite manager Allen made sure this location is always clean and safe. I was very worried due to reports I read about other public storage facility thefts that actually cost more to rent. I stored for many months alot of very expensive items in two 11×30 units with zero problems of theft. Also the customer service provided was amazing.I very seldom feel compelled to give a review like this. I thank Allen and whoever else that runs this place my graditude. My only negatives would be some issues with rodents and certain outside locations units taking some water during rainstorms.. Devan Clark

I'm getting really tired of you guys changing the price of the monthly unit rent every two-three months. The price has almost doubled in a year. I'm starting to look into other storage units due to this alone

Had my stuff stored here for almost three years when I got it out after them raising the rent up double what I started some of my stuff was missing out of my unit! The rat poop was ridiculous. Don’t store anything here that you wanna keep . This place is ridiculously expensive for the rats to be living here.
Had a few questions about my storage units and Allan was extremely patient with me and took the time to answer all my questions.

Donna Lynn was very helpful in helping me purchase a storage unit. I came in completely frustrated because my moving situation has been frustrating and on top of that I accidentally scheduled my storage unit for Canton Ga instead of Marietta, Ga. She was able to switch my unit reservation to her location and still found me a storage unit that would work for my needs along with the promo price. I honestly left happy and would do business here again!

Update!! After 6 years in Marietta, my time of enjoying that great town has come to an end. I want to thank all of the staff at Public Storage for their warm customer service throughout the years. Vacating my unit and closing my account was a breeze, many thanks to Marlena! I'll definitely look to Public Storage in the future should I have any storage needs.

Initially, I thought this was the convenient place to have my packages delivered. But unfortunately it’s not. The staff are great especially Donna,but the system doesn’t work well. I left a key to make it easier for the delivery company to place my items in the storage. However, leaving the key didn’t help because whenever they come and there’s no one in the office, ( as they told me “it’s not guaranteed that someone will be in the office”); I end up have to either wait for another day or go pick up my items. This makes it frustrating and meaningless to have a storage.
Hopefully the company does something better for their customers!!!
I have rented many storage units and Denen Harris at the Public Storage on 3369 Canton Road Marietta, GA 30066 has been the the best. She is very helpful and always made me feel welcome whenever I went into the office with any questions. She was the only one to show me how the remote access into the gate works. This is a big plus for me to be able to open the gate from the app.
Denean was very helpful, she convinced me to stay with Public Storage. She helped me with billing problems in a very professional way. You have a great employee.

Denean and Donna Lynn are amazing. Wonderful customer service. I had a couple of issues when moving in on a Friday afternoon, and between the two of them, everything was taken care of.
