Convenient location and clean facilities but shortly after renting the rate has gone up three times in less than a year . If you only need short term it’s ok if long term look elsewhere .

Ridiculous price increases … from $175 to $403 in a span of 2 years

Renters beware, especially women!!! This location no longer has a property manager and, therefore, no on-site security. When I first came here, there were 3 full-time workers and a couple part-time. They are all fired and were replaced with a screen. Everything has moved to a kiosk, where everything is now digital, and you wait to talk to someone that way. Convenient, sure. Safe, no. Both elevators have expired licenses and do not work half the time, which can trap you inside for who knows how long while it struggles to open the door. (Pic attached was taken Aug 1st) Property is clean, and I've never had a problem with bugs. However, there was never a camera on each aisle, making it a possibility to be snuck up on and there wouldn't be a recording to prove it, which has happened to me twice in the few years I had a space rented. They are constantly increasing the price, sometimes only giving you a month's notice. Typical greedy corporation.

Storage unit is clean. Elevator needs cleaning or at least swept.

We took some time deciding on the right storage space we wanted for our needs and working with Kay to determine the best spot made the process easier and even enjoyable at times, haha! Kay is easy to talk to, helpful with providing suggestions, and just a kind and compassionate person. We noticed an air conditioning problem on our level, and she was quick to resolve the issue and notified us when it was repaired! We are pleased with our experience at this location and would recommend it to others!

With many stressful things to deal with in a move, a giant stress point was alleviated by Kay at the Lower Roswell Rd location. She made renting and processing extremely easy.

BEWARE! If you rent from this place, expect your rent to be increased yearly at an insane pace. My rent this year is going from $146 to $204. That’s a 40% increase. Stay away.
