Everything went smooth. I'm very satisfied.

There are no employees on site. It is truly self service. If in event of needing support, it takes forever a property manager to contact you. Not the best experience. I don't recommend.

There are NO Public Storage employees on-site so be prepared to spend at least 30-minutes at a kiosk where people work from home with children crying in the background & appearing on camera while speaking to the virtual agent. If you see an employee on the property, it’ll be by mistake. They/she/he try to remain unseen. You will not be greeted. You will not be offered any assistance. You will have to go back to the kiosk or just problem solve on your own. Public Storage charges $20 for a lock you keep. Also, you be sure your monthly rate does NOT change even if you only plan to rent a unit for 3 months. Lastly, keep documentation of everything‼️

Updated 10/01/2024! The reviews saying ladies and all that are fake! You meet nobody and there is no staff! … this is the worse most ghetto public storage! First off it is not temperature controlled inside the buildings so it’s HOT like over 90 degrees! It smells so bad of urine and the elevator is on its last leg! Not safe at all! People are living inside of units with fans and generators! There is no dolly or carts to assist with moving your things into the unit! The door doesn’t even have a stopper! It’s hit or miss if your code will let you in the building door and there is no one on site to assist no matter what’s going wrong! They also have raised the price 3 times in just 8 months! No prior warning or reasons given just a price increase when you go to pay online. Do not recommend there is several on this street I should have chose a better one! So I’m sharing this so you can learn from my mistake! Update: it’s still a mess 10/01/2024 DO NOT USE THIS STORGAE FACILITY! I even had to bring my own hand dolly because they have nothing available and nothing works properly and everything is nasty and dirty or stinks!

Very clean property. Setup was easy. I was surprised by the virtual counter representative. I was unhappy there was NOT any dolly/cart. My unit was far down the hall. It was hot!

Nice prices but they definitely have rats. The day of my move in it was very warm and stinky in the storage. I don’t recommend this place

This is the worst storage facility I have ever used. access is terrible, the elevator is broken half the time. the elevator smells like urine because (I am guessing) there is no bathroom available and guest urinate in the elevator. why no bathroom? because the office is not open ... there is no desk clerk. Public storage is trying an "automated virtual clerk" that can't help you at all. Oh, since office is not open and access is terrible, there are no carts available to assist w your move. you have to physically carry everything up and down. Maybe the rents are less expensive because they are saving money w automated clerk and deferred elevator maintenance? NOPE. We found a cleaner, cheaper, new facility 5 minutes away w elevator, clerk, carts. $50 / mo vs $200 / mo Final straw? Roof leaked water into our unit ... damaging sentimental goods (photos/ passports) of deceased family member. Insurance claim? HA - how do you value photos? RUN away from this nasty storage facility.

The property manager is a thief …… she broke into my storage unit . She stole everything . Everytime I came to my unit she was around sweeping next to my unit basically casing my unit. She’s needs to be investigated and thrown in jail. She got her friends to rob me . And I’m telling everybody about this location . Don’t rent from here ……

RUN RUN.. idk how They have 4 stars. Every time I went the doors were stuck! Nobody, I mean NOBODY to help in emergency situation (malfunction of gates or doors). NO Dollys/carts/wagons to help transport your things -the landscape is hilly, so if you're in a truck it feels like you're about to tip over.... PUBLIC STORAGE DO BETTER! This location is the worst!!

If I could give zero stars I would. First let me say its colder in there than outside. The elevator smells like urine. There are no pulley to put your things on, means you have to take multiple trips if you have alot of things.🙄Then when you call the number theres a recording. I had to literally call 4 different numbers and finally reached the nicest lady. Please reconsider.

Low key Scammers 😩 will quote you an affordable price to get you In & then they’ll start increasing every two months. Should’ve taken heed to the warnings, now I’m stuck. My sentimental/personal belongings are in storage…& now I owe them $300 for a 5x5 unit smfh

Debra did a great job assisting me at the kiosk. If you are utilizing a self service facility and the website which gets 2stars doesn't allow you to pay before arrival the Virtual Property Mgr like Debra have you covered. Customer service or anybody over the phone or chat are no help and don't comprehend well but will charge you even if the company is at fault. Good save Debra.I far and in. Thank you just to her only

NO STARS! This location is very unprofessional & the upkeep of this location is a disgrace! The staff is never available. Directions or clear guidance using the Kiosks is not readily available. The managers or district manager has not did everything they can to correct my issue with my unit. The amount or money they are asking for an air conditioning unit is a scam. There is no A/C…and the ceiling of the building is coming down. Also, there are rats & raccoons living in the ceiling (Check out the pictures) I have been trying to resolve this matter since the 1st of July, & nothing has been done. Do not rent from this location! They will not help you, & they will take your money!

The feedback is horrible. I didn't even move in. The building was absolutely nasty! The elevator took like 5 minutes to take me to my floor, and it had a strong smell of urine. My unit wasn't even cleaned. I tried to avoid leaving a review, but they would NOT REMOVE me after I unsubscribe from they mailing list 6 times! I chose to remain at my current storage and deal with the higher fee.

Patrick and LaToya were amazing!! Helped me upgrade to a larger unit with great ease, even got me squared away when I was short on boxes. Edit: Within my first month, I moved to a larger space and found rats/mice had infiltrated a lot of my boxes and I had to throw a lot of things out. I repacked everything and didn't have mice issues at the new space. However, my rates increased 3 times in the 5 months I was there, moving from $120 to $183 a month. I found another place for half the price where I can pay 6 months in advance. The day I was supposed to move out, the elevator broke and no one was at the office so I had to move everything downstairs by hand. Made for a rough exit. To make matters worse, my brother had been storing things at a similar unit and when they went to retrieve everything for their new house, all the furniture was covered in mold and mildew and Public Storage refuses to take responsibility. Insurance covers a little but say it's the facility's fault and the facility says that's why there's insurance. The people are nice and helpful, but the company itself and the storage facilities? Leaves much to be desired.

This place is guilty of multiple bait and switches with the rates for their units. They have increased my monthly rental rate absurd amounts both times I rented. I’m talking minimum 40%, up to DOUBLING the original contract rate. We literally moved into a smaller, less ideal unit because they jacked the rate up so much on the first one, and not even five months later they hit us with a 40% increase. As soon as I can get all of my stuff out of there, I will do so with a smile, never having to hand over a single more dollar to a company with such shady business practices.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RENT STORAGE FROM THIS PLACE. The "first month free" or other promotion is worse than worthless, it's flat out dangerous as it lures you in with low initial monthly rates that RAPIDLY increase over a relatively short period of time. After a rapid series of monthly price increases - far outpacing inflation even at historically high levels or market rates for comparable storage - you are effectively FORCED to either move your items by yourself to a more reasonably priced storage unit or deal with an EVEN LESS SCRUPULOUS group, local movers. The late fees (I never faced with automatic withdrawals) are offensively high and their service is horrible (damaged door to my unit took weeks to fix putting my valuables at risk of theft, for which their contract doesn't hold them responsible). Life is too short to deal with companies like this when there are more ethical, affordable storage facilities out there; Strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Ms.Latoya was patient wit me over a phone call to help me set things up from my phone...She's very helpful and wonder, didn't mind giving the information I needed...It was because of Ms. Carolyn Contacting Ms. Latoya for the help that I needed. Thank s to both of them!

Latoya I rented a storage unit at Publicstorage unit at Roswell Road in Sandy Springs GA. When I went there today in the afternoon she welcomed me with a smile and took me to the storage unit, took time to explain where to park truck and the code needed to open the door. She made me to open the door so that I know how to open. Then we walked back to office and within no time finished the paper work and handed me two locks one for front door and other for back door. The place is well maintained and clean. I highly recommend this storage who lives in the vicinity of this place. Overall i will give 5 stars to Latoya.

No issues until move out when I find out I’m being charged a full month while moving out the first week. Had I known this earlier when I originally called to schedule a move out I would have planned my month differently.

Latoya is the best I tell you. She gave me an excellent experience today.

Facility is very clean and storage units are immaculate. It is fairly easy to get in and out of in a moving truck. But what sets this location apart is the staff. Every time I visit I notice the staff cleaning up, doing rounds to check locks and units, etc - very attentive. The staff are professional, friendly and always helpful. On a recent visit Patrick and Latoya went out of their way to lend a hand. Especially Patrick - he set aside the paper work he was doing to come out and assist me with something that was not his responsibility. Who still does that these days? Top notch service! I highly recommend this location to anyone in Sandy Springs looking for convenient storage in many sizes.
