Non responsive on-site management. Rates increase $30 to $40 every 6 months for no reason. Whatever you do do not sign up for auto pay. There are spots that have been occupied for years. Tires flat, cars rusted out. That money could be going back to your people.

**UPDATE** My mistake, This was the incorrect location but still on Piedmont. Ebony Rosa the manager at the other location called me, Not the manager of the location where all this happen but a different manager so that shows awesome pride and cares about customers. She listened, she sympathized with the situation and she is doing everything for us that should have been done close to a month ago. So I get a call on Sunday afternoon that we may have water damage in our unit due to a possible leak. Get there 15 minutes later open my unit and a huge puddle is right in the middle of the floor. Wife and I had to take off of work and move everything to another unit, After moving everything and seeing the damage to the boxes (One was so wet I could ring the packing paper like a wash rag) this was not an isolated incident this had been going on for a while. There is a small indention in the back of the unit that go down like 2 inches, that was full of water and I see where it had over flowed and spilled onto the foundation of my unit over a long period of time, it was just by chance it over flowed more and the water finally was able to be seen from outside the unit. Though we got a new unit the damage to my property and the furniture we had in there is beyond repairable especially the items that belonged to my mother and I just lost her last December. I know new housing units are going in, All I can say is be careful, We work for the stuff we have and accumulated over a period of a life time and it's all destroyed within a small matter of time. Next step is the insurance claim and to be honest I am not feeling that optimistic especially after the initial call I had with them. Updates to follow.....

BEWARE. DO BOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE!
Initially this placed seemed like a good deal for a climate controlled unit but it quickly turned into a nightmare.
After being in the unit for two months they jacked up my rent by 30% with no notice.
The climate controlled units aren't climate controlled at all. They just have fans. There is no humidity control and temperature control is questionable.
The mobile app is extremely unreliable and if you forget your password it's impossible to reset it due to a bug in the reset process which makes the app refresh every time you go back to it so you can never enter the PW reset code.
Lastly, you can't even get into your unit because there is one elevator and it's broken. So I'm paying 80+ bucks a month for a storage space that I can't access.
Please don't make the same mistake I did. Public Storage is clearly a rookie in the storage space and your things are better off anywhere else.

If you put your stuff here it will be eaten by rodents! They charge you for cutting your lock off then never cut it off. Be one day late and you and all your references will be bombarded by calls. How did this furniture get so dirty and completely ruined! Shame on you public storage.

I went to my storage unit for a partial payment that went through 72 hours before making me a zero balance I pull up and they have a BLUE lock on my unit. Left messages and finally got a rude female that told me it was my fault when she wouldn’t own the fact that they just didn’t remember my unit, which is fine but why place all blame on me and on top be rude. No apology just all my fault. I will Never recommend this storage place to any person! I called and I was to nice to be talked to in that manor not for 115.00 a month for my unit! Regrets!

The exterior storage units are absolutely horrible. There is little to no protection for your items due to units having ample room above for ventilation, that (I'm assuming) allows for plenty of debis and blown in leaves to litter unit. I started paying @ 50 per month about 5 years ago....and now 112 for a 5x10...... although they advertise the current rate at $49. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND not storing any VALUABLE items due to possible loss. My leather couch came out dusty, littered with leaves and pollen, and mold covered. Thousands of dollars lost on couch and years of paying for unit.

Walked in the office moody as heck. I was moving fast over talking Ebony. Telling her what I was doing wasn’t going to do. It was just one of this days. What I did say to her one of those weeks. Ebony strengthen me out. Not only did she let me know that I need to slow down . She put me in my place and told me that I’m in control of my mindset. Don’t place it not place I don’t want it to be… I have to give her respect for that. She also called me a bag of NUS!!
When I mean I never heard that before.. We laugh so hard. I’m really glad that I walked in to this location. My reservation was at another public storage. I will recommend this location to anyone. Come in just to get the vibe of Ebony weather you renting a space or not.

She gave me a $1 promotion instead. Wow did I save money YES! and had a great experience with Ebony .

The ladies here are awesome!!!. Me and my husband had a 33-hour drive from Las Vegas out to Marietta that was very stressful .We had reservations with u-hual for a truck and storage. U-haul didn't honor our reservations and ran us around to their five different locations to no avail. And even yelled at us. I wish I would have contacted public storage hl first instead of going to U-hual. U-hual is the absolute worst. Thanks again to the ladies at public storage for making our day better.

Tammy gave a great tour of the facility and really gave great knowledge on all the rules and security! After walking back in to fill out paperwork our buddy left his butt stains on the counter and Ebony and Tammy brought us plenty of laughter and great vibes cracking jokes making this a joyful and easygoing time!
Ebony and Tammy made us feel welcome and both had wonderful personalities…they helped us each step of the process definitely worth coming back too

I have been storing here for a long time. A couple months ago they jacked up my rate buy over 40%. I called multiple times. Could never get anyone on the phone and no one ever returned my voicemails. Also went to the office multiple times and there is always a sign that said will be back later. As soon as I clean out my garage I will be closing out my storage unit.
