There was rat shit everywhere and everybody was moving the stuff out because the stuff got chewed up by all the rats in the area. Their bathrooms are not open during the hours that we were able to put our stuff away.

These people will rob you. I was promised if I made my payment in full with late payment that I would be reimbursed for the late payment. I did that and then I was told the request could be put in. I was recently fired got evicted and I'm disabled. The fact that they are not trying to help me is beyond me On top of that, there was a couple days that the power was out and a lot of my stuff rotted. Do not waste your money here

ATTENTION: Do not rent a storage unit here. I have been renting at this location for over a year after I moved from my home. My entire life was in this storage. Unfortunately I was finally able to move my belongings only to find that most of my things were destroyed by an infestation of rodents. This is totally unacceptable and this location is 100% liable for this. It is the responsibility of this establishment to ensure that infestations are taken care of. Given the amount of mice I’ve seen having opened only about four boxes this problem is definitely ongoing and I know that I cannot be the only one affected. I WILL be taking necessary action.

Rat infested dump. My husband and I have lost so much money leaving our things here. Rats have chewed through our boxes, left urine and droppings on everything. We did not leave any food in the storage. This was the first time we used an outdoor storage facility and it was the worst decision ever made. We should have looked at the other negative reviews and not these fake positive reviews from made up accounts. My husband called and the staff basically said there was nothing they could do about it. We also had to throw sea several things due to mold. There was water damage on many of our things so there are leaks somewhere. Very few items that we are able to salvage. Run!!!

I needed a huge space and Jan got me one that fit my needs and was super clean
I had a very poor experience in this place. We stored our belongings in these units for a little bit more than 2 months, and we we were finally ready to move to the new apartment, everything was destroyed by rats. When we tried to get some help from the people at the office, first, it was almost impossible to find them there, and second, when we finally found them , they were very rude just indicating that we will need to Call their insurance Orange Door insurance.
When we contacted them, they sent us extensive paperwork to fill up and impossible documents to get like receipts of every single piece of our furniture. Then, they said that the maximum amount that could be collected was $200, that was in case we were able to provide all the receipts, dates, and amounts, but we were also required to paid $100 deductible to start the process.
To sum up, we were require to pay $100, to just see if we were able to get something back. Their insurance is a complete scam.
I just want to say, that I wouldn't even try to get into this tedious process if it wasn't because they did not use any kind of pest control in their units.
I would not recommend this place at all. Horrible customer service, and even worse units.

I was on the fence about leaving this review; however, I think it's only fair and duty that I make other potential consumers aware before renting storage space at this particular site. In no way is my review an indictment of the staff; this review is about the unit itself.
Upon initial purchase of the rental space I was advised to get renter's insurance, I wish I did. If you're going to rent a space from this particular site, it is a must that you carry insurance because this locale is rat and raccoon infested.
I cannot even put into monetary numbers how much money I lost due to raccoons and rats that invaded my space and tarnished my belongings. Should you choose to rent here, you're doing so at your own risk and expense.

This is the worst storage unit ever. Let me explain why. I reserved a unit and got sick. Despite of being sick, I paid for a unit in hopes of putting my stuff in storage with the help of my neighbors. Long story short, I never put anything in storage because the sickness went to my entire household. I called Yan a very nice employee there and explained my situation. Yan remembers when I paid him and could barely stand up. He nicely offered a chair.. Anyhow, he said he would ask the manager if I could get a refund since the unit was never used. The manager denied my $100 for the unit. Mind you, I reported a day after initially paying for the unit that I will not use it again. Basically, I lost $100 to a greedy company. I refuse to use them again. Be careful guys we live in cold, heartless world.
