Absolutely awful. SCAM COMPANY pls beware! I paid rent in my unit for over 3 years, every month, all late fees if needed. My unit & over 20k in possessions were auctioned without my knowledge! I continued to pay rent online! I have receipts of everything, and have yet to get a call back! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Awful experience. I had a unit with them 5x5 for over 3 years, I always paid. Plus late fees. $180-200 a month. My unit was emptied and sold, without my knowledge, and now 3 months later when I was still logging in to PAY MY BILL ; do I all of a sudden NOT have a unit with them!!!!
These items were EXPENSIVE and IRREPLACEABLE.

I found this storage facility on google maps. I got there easily, parking was easy, property was clean and most importantly customer service was excellent! Upon entering the store, there was one employee outside and she was happy to direct me even without asking. Then, I got inside and there were other employees that wanted to assist. Janel assisted me from the beginning to the end of my transaction. I had not even secured a reservation, but once Janel assisted me (her warm, welcoming personality), I knew I wanted to rent a storage at this facility.
Janel even took me to the unit to show me the size before I rented. Honestly, the entire office was helpful. I had a very full morning and coming to this office, with Janel's assistance, put my mind at ease. Thank you to all.
I had the pleasure of meeting Diona today she was an absolute great help ! As all storage facilities, you begin with one price and every 2 months the price increases. This needs to be regulated by the state government. There should be one price for the entire year, as in every other monthly expense we already pay. If my mortgage or car payment increased every 2 or 3 months, we would all be walking to work and sleeping outdoors.

0 stars. Paid for my unit online, went in, opened the unit and there were hundreds of tiny roaches running out. I went back to the front desk and they found another unit for me. I had to pay more and there was no longer the special I found online. One of the workers walked me to my unit to make sure there were no roaches and this one didn't. He told me to unload my things and I can start packing them in. When I put in my code after he left, I couldn't get in. It said it was 5pm and the closing time. At no time did they tell me they were about to close and I would t have access to the the unit or the gates at that time. I drove back to the office and they were still there. They told me they have no control and there's nothing they could do. The manager still didn't tell me I wouldn't have access to the gate to even drive out of the property. Drove back to put back my things in the car only to realize my code doesn't work at that time to let me out the gate. Called customer service and they said I'll have to leave my car on the property and walk out through the pedestrian gate. I had my kids in the car and everything Inpacked for the storage. A friend had her car packed with my things as well and we were both trapped in there with them saying there's no way to get out. This is the worst experience I have ever had and would never choose this place again. The next day I received a text from them saying that no one is allowed on the property after closing time....it wasn't my fault, I got there way before they were closing, it was their error and their responsibility.

This location was very welcoming. I was assisted by Janel who was awesome. She was courteous and I admired the fact that she not only acknowledged me respectfully, she addressed my children as well. On July 25th went into this Public Storage establishment and was greeted by 2 Employees. Very Friendly and the facility was clean and lil stuffy in but was ok. Janel was very informative and clear on everything and pleasant to do business with. The process on renting a Storage Unit went fast and smoothly.

Staff was friendly but. This is a large storage facility maybe a quarter of a mile long. Why are there no moving carts available? The office says they have carts but they are rarely there. I wanted to move out but had some heavy boxes. I had to rent a cart from u haul.

We set a reservation online for a 10x10 with a good price for the unit. When we got to the facility we worked with Marcela. She said there were no more 10x10s on the first floor so she upgraded us to a 10x15 at no additional cost. On top of that, she was very professional and personable. She showed us our unit and clearly explained how everything works. We are very happy we chose Public Storage. The place definitely leaves you feeling confident that your personal belongings are safe and secure....and a special thank you to Marcela! She made it easy to choose Public Storage.
UPDATE
So things have changed over time since storing my things here. Suddenly my bill doubled and every time I tried to dispute it I got hung up on or told that I was getting transferred to someone and then getting hung up on. I went from paying $130 a month to over $270. The place is always a disaster with trash everywhere and there are never any carts available. Even though it's climate controlled it really isn't. Everyone leaves the door open constantly which causes it to be just as warm inside as it is outside. I found mold all over my stuff because of it.
Of course I tried to ask for Marcela so she could maybe help me out with this issue but of course she no longer worked there. So do not rent here if you want to get screwed over and pay ridiculous prices for a fairly unsafe area to store your precious items.

This is my second time using Public Storage. The first time I used them was in 2018 and it was further south on 441 right before Peters Road and we had access until 9 or 10pm. This location is horrible. You only have access until 6pm, what kind of hours is that? Working people typically get of at 5pm and with traffic it’s always impossible to get there timely during the week. My husband got locked in and for 2 hours couldn’t get help to exit. The lady manger is so rude and has a very nasty attitude. This location should really look into having access extended until 8/9pm. And I’m pretty sure the reviews are false! They ask you for 5 star reviews on initial contact but once you move it it’s 1 star service.

Also she lied about she didn't have the 1 special for a 10× 15 yesterday on the 01/28 /2024 .she said I would be paying 0vwr 300.00 by the end of the day ...when she wasn't telling the truth .... wasn't friendly . Bad business .. customer come first...

Been with them from June every month I make payment I only owe November rent due to some delay I made payment for October on Oct 6 for month of Oct yet they email me on Oct 10 say I owe $139 how do I owe again when I paid on Oct 6 this is the second time they making me make 2 payments to be honest it's wrong when I have reciets for Oct 6 payment I only supose to owe November 1st payment hopefully they deal with this this issue how do you charge twice in a month

I have never seen such a filthy storage facility. Outside broken glass and trash everywhere. Inside lobby, hall ways and elevator are filthy. Food and trash all over. I'm sure there is vermin in the building. If this situation dies not change I will move out.

Reshma the manager was very helpful. She was kind and efficient. I walked into the office to sign a contract for a reserved unit and Ms. Reshma provided me with information and a lock (I paid for this). I was in and out of there in about 10 minutes. I was not expecting to receive wonderful service from this unit based on previous reviews but thankfully for me, my experience was great. I got a good price online for a 10x15 and I did not have any issues in person. The unit was clean and easily accessible.

This storage is one of the worst this storage is horribly managed the associates are very rude as if they don't want to do their jobs the property is unclean and you only have access to your storage from 9:30 to 6:00 for the amount of money you're paying you will only have 8 hours to move your things

$290 a month for a small drive up unit. Plus fees, plus overcharges, and they auctioned off my items!!! RIPOFF! Was never served with papers, was never told price would change. They advertise same small unit for $147.00. I paid 14 straight payments. To file a FORMAL COMPLAINT go to Ashley Moody, Attorney General website, print the complaint forms at bottom, mail to the Office of the Attorney General with all documents you were given. Note the FALSE REVIEWS, note the deceptive business practices and charges. The AG will investigate.

I've had a storage for 2 years now. The price went from $200 to now $600+ monthly. The floor inside of the unit has a puddle of water and the humidity has ruined my furniture. Now, they are open banker's hours. What about the people who work those hours too and need access to their items? How are you accommodating your customers? I started moving out Sunday. I came straight from work today to finish moving out, with movers, but I can't, because we are locked out now. Several people were attempting to access their units which means they didn't update the customers of the changes. Public Storage must find a way to accommodate their customers, especially being that we are severely overcharged. They open late and close early. The after hours phone number on the keypad it none working.

This is a nice place I consider that I am fair as I can be but the hours just don't work anymore... the old schedule worked I believe for most of people that have to go to work on a regular shift from 8am-5pm where as of right now we don't have access till 9:30am-6pm in my case either i will have to leave work early or I will have to loose pretty much my whole morning of work due to change of hour I believe that the old schedule was a lot more convenient for a lot of us.(acces from 6am-9pm)

This place is nasty and smells really bad there is trash piled up in open units that make it smell stank in the air condition facility and all the hallways have trash throughout them the outside has trash plied up everywhere and I can’t get to a manger to let them know what going on this is sad.

The change an hours makes no sense as that was the time most people get off work. The change was unreasonable one especially when we continue to pay the same price for less access access time!?!? Help me understand the reasoning behing the decrease in access time but no decrease in cost for the customer that's getting less than what they originally planned.

I searched for a while for a clean, affordable storage unit in my vicinity and I read very good reviews for this particular public storage. I am pleased to say it deserves 5 stars due to cleanliness, excellent customer service, and price. I got my unit this week and had most of my stuff moved in when I realized it wasn't going to be big enough. When I came to a decision that I definitely needed a bigger unit I called and I was transferred to the property manager Gina. As soon as she got it approved for me to move to a bigger unit without a hassle the same day (as she promised) she went above and beyond to accommodate me. These days that's not the norm for big businesses. I want to thank Gina and her staff for everything they have done.
I was so pleased with Gina. She was so kind and professional,she waved my late fee and gave me a break on my storage, for the next 3 months🙏👍l was upset with the new charges but she helped me in a tough time in my life….. thank you all so much!!!!

Don't rent at this location 23104. They don't have pull carts available for your used. All staff here liar about issue regard status. My unit all the way in back of build. Not one cart available. Then restroom don't have toilet paper or bathroom. Wow this is crazy.....
Then the staff save one cart inside the office. Then tell paying customer no cart available. this is totally ridiculous paying customers can't even get carts available a billion-dollar corporation cant order pushcarts to satisfy the paying customer.
