Rented an ac unit on line. The unit I rented was in the second floor. When I got to the storage building the elevator was broken. Luckily Noel was professional and able to remedy the situation immediately. The storage unit and it's surroundings are very clean.

Brenda help me out a lot today. I went three other storages, I was asking to see different units sizes and ask for pricing, and they told me to go online. However, brenda greeted me with a warm smile and she answered all my questions. She even offered to show me 4 different unit sizes. Even though I don't need the unit until the end of February. Some of the best costumer service I experience. Thank you brenda!!

I am having a hard time believing this place has good reviews. This was the absolute worst experience ever! My wife and I rented a storage unit and upon arrival on a Sunday afternoon, we could not get into the gate because they gave us the wrong code!! Our mover had all of our stuff backed onto Commercial Boulevard as we could not get out of the gate area. We tried to go into the office and the doors were locked! We called the phone number and got a customer service center who connected us with the manager of that property… They never returned our call . We had to stand there for over an hour and finally convince somebody to let us use their code to get into the gate. When arriving to the storage unit, it was filthy! Nobody at this point had answered any of our calls as we were frantic. we were charged more by our movers due to the extra two hours. We ended up not taking the storage unit. We spent the next week trying to talk to somebody in their office who said their systems were down and she could not even accept the lock we were turning in. Mind you, we never used the storage unit! We were told to go drop off the lock at four different other public storages. I guess nobody ever works in their offices. We could not get into any other public storage. We called our bank at this time and they disputed the charge. We received a letter from our bank, telling us that they settled this and disregard any other charges. This place had the NERVE to put us in collections. For $31! We are still receiving letters and are told by our bank to ignore!!! if they don’t remove our name from the collection agency, I will be hiring an attorney. At this point, it’s a matter of principle, my advice to anybody looking for a storage unit is to run from this place! How can you run a business when you can’t even explain to a manager or customer service. Disgusting!! 😡😡👎👎👎

This location has been the only Location to have quick and fast response. Brenda is very helpful! She has fixed a few issues I had with the previous location! We are Very happy with this one.

I worked with Brenda today on a transaction that involved moving units and setting up new accounts. While this seemed daunting at first she was very professional, patient and helpful in problem solving with me. She really made the difference in getting me set up and I highly appreciate all her help and recommend dealing with her.

Brenda at Public Storage 8560 W Commercial Blvd Sunrise,33351 is amazing!!! She went out of her way to accommodate me today,I requested to view some units and she was nice enough to comply even though she was the only staff there. Brenda also gave me the shortcuts to my unit. She is an asset to the company!!! The facility is easy to get to and the climate control units are kept at a pleasant temp. I had my storage at a previous Public Storage Climate Control and the temperature was warmer than it should have been. I am glad I chose this facility!!!

Had great service with Janet! She was very informative, provided excellent service and was very pleasant. The space was exactly what I was looking for. Looked perfect and clean. Good service and location overall!!

This place has been a real disappointment. Been here for quite a few years. When leaving messages, there is no return in any form of communication. It smells and is very offensive, the alarm continues blaring for years and has never been fixed, garbage is left out in front and has not been picked up. No one is in the office and people have called the phone number and agsin, no result. Very poorly managed and had to leave the lock/key through door drop when I vacated. Anyone looking for a storage place here, DO NOT RENT!! Save yourself some sanity!!
