We have had a wonderful experience with Public Storages. We go out of our way to make sure we exclusively deal with Public Storage. We have been using this facility’s services for about 2 yrs now. It’s clean, air conditioned and everyone that works there is very professional. Jesse in particular is very friendly and knowledgeable about their services but also the city of Pomona. We needed some information about the city’s recycling and donation process. She pointed us in the right direction. She’s someone we look forward to seeing when we stop by. Her customer service skills are fantastic.

My sister booked a unit and there's no staff here? I'm getting the run around after I paid for the unit and now I can't get access to my unit and now I have to wait a week to be refunded so I can't even afford a unit someplace else? The website says I need to contact a manager and there is zero staff? This is embarrassing.
I would like to share my opinion about this location. I met Nicole a year ago when I needed to put my precious belongings in a safe facility. A year has passed and now I've met Jesse. She is an absolutely amazing employee. Although I do miss Nicole, who always kept this facility so clean, always smelling like Pine-Sol. It's comforting to know I have the best team to understand my needs and help me over time. Thank you so much, girls and team! 🌟🌲
Kevin who answered my call give me a very excellent customer service being very patient waiting for my time to input my data and all my stress was gone because of his help . We need more people like Kevin!
Great experience. Been with them a while and Kevin was awesome. Patient and made sure everything was clear and I was getting the best deal. I do have to warn everyone that only downstairs is air conditioned, so make sure you look for units there first. Makes a huge difference when moving anything in this horrible heat.

I recently had the pleasure of using Public Storage in Pomona, and I must say that my experience was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member named Jacob. He was very welcoming and made the entire process seamless.
Jacob went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect storage unit for my needs. He carefully listened to my requirements and provided valuable recommendations based on his expertise. His attention to detail and willingness to address all of my questions and concerns truly impressed me.

I Would not recommend using this place.
I got hooked in with a good price for storage of $287 and then I got bumped up to almost $400 after 2 months.
Seems like a bait & switch technique from the company.
I would just advise to be aware as rate increases are common with these types of companies & it seems like there is nothing you can do to avoid this from happening.
Even the District Manager couldn’t do anything so just something to keep in mind when looking to use this place for storage.

I was trying to rent a unit online but online services was not cooperating. So I came in and Nicole helped me get a unit that I needed. She was really friendly and patient as we were trying to figure out why the online services weren't working. Overall it was a great choice to come in there, everything was so clean including the bathroom, which is a big deal for me.

The location at 730 1st has an amazing representative in Nicole. She went above and beyond while I was moving into my unit. I needed a ladder to reach a bit higher and she obliged by lending me the one they had. It was also a terribly hot day and she was very kind by allowing me to refill my water bottle several times. She was hard at work maintaining the facilities to make sure it was clean. If there is an embodiment of great customer service and professionalism, she is the right person.

Stephanie is an amazing service worker, she keeps a steady and pleasant demeanour despite the many ill-mannered people who come through the place, and she made the process of checking out of my locker a breeze. She is the kind of employee who would create additional business simply because customers can feel confident and secure in their transactions. Please give this professional lady a raise.
This site has very limited parking and that is a strike against it unless you are able to go at "off hours" which is mid week in the middle of the day. Another strike against the location is that you might need to use a different access route depending on if the rail guards are down because the freight rail can be excessively long and waste you a good half hour. I use alternate routes when the rail guards are down.
Inside, the site is air conditioned and offers decent, clean lockers. It seems to be cheaper than the competition around Claremont. I was very pleased with the 10 months of service I had here. I felt always safe even though I was wandering down hallways as a single woman.
I would go back to this location if I needed another temporary interim storage locker. Stephanie told me she has customers who have stored their stuff here for 30+ years. This is sad, but life is full of mysteries.
Went to public storage the other day. Rasheema was there to help assist me with my concerns. She was professional, nice, and informative. I will definitely come back to this location and will look for Rahseema for any help I need in the future!
