Came to the public storage because I had a couple questions regarding my space. I did schedule a vacation because I thought I was going to be moving but plans changed and I was so scared that I was going to have to continue with the vacate Katie in the office, let me know that I was not going to have to vacate and that my things were going to be secure, I was nervous thinking I had to move when she gave me all my options. She really gave me a piece of mine. I would highly recommend this storage facility now only are they personal but they are professional they make you feel like family not just like a customer.

I just got a new storage here at public storage and it was easy to access going inside when I found my unit I was a bit confused so I walked to the front desk and I met an amazing clerk name Nicole! She gave me all the tips and how to manage smoothly my unit :) thank you Nicole! This storage unit is great!

Katie is such a sweet girl . This girl continues to surprise me every time I go to my unit she is always outdoor cleaning and making sure the property is safe and clean. She goes over and above anytime I ask her for something or need help I’ve had to switch out my units twice, and she is always had a solution for every need that I have, she really does. I had my stuff at Public Storage for over 14 years. Unfortunately I was priced out of my unit, raising my rent from $412.00 to close to $500.00 a month. My increases has always been large. The one person who was very helpful & professional is Kaydi.

Kaydi did a fantastic job in the process of having a storage locker rented out. We’ve had occupied a storage locked for 2 months and the checking out process was just as easy as it was when we first signed up for our storage locker. Access to the property is through the app and never had an issue with entering the premises. Storage locker also gives you the option of also adding a pad lock for additional security if need be. Whoever runs this place needs to strongly reconsider their hours. Who in their right mind would have longer hours during the week than on weekends? This may be too complex of a question for you to wrap your head around, but when do people generally move? Weekdays or weekends? Weekdays they open the gate at 930 and close at 6. Hmmm what hours do people generally work? 9 to 5 right? Lol this place is garbage-- I'm canceling a month in. Strongly advise you guys to find another location. My new unit opens at 7am and stays open until 7pm, 7 days a week for the same price.
Great customer service by Katie and the staff of this location. When I called and was asked about my storage needs they even suggested other alternatives on sizes and better prices.

The storage units and not climate controlled so just be aware of that when moving stuff in. We did have some problems when we were moving our stuff out but Kaydi at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. She was an able to find us a great and easy solution to our issue! She did a great job!

I have been utilizing the storage services at Public Storage in Montclair for the past four months. However, when I checked my account last week, I found that I was charged twice for my monthly payment without any prior notification. The experience left me feeling quite frustrated, so I decided to call the office to speak to someone. That's when I had the pleasure of speaking with Kaydi. I must say that her customer service was exceptional. She was very pleasant and went out of her way to investigate why I had been overcharged. She discovered that there was a glitch in the system and immediately notified me. Throughout the week, she kept me informed as she worked to resolve the issue. Initially, I was considering closing my account and going somewhere else, but Kaydi's exceptional customer service and the facility's cleanliness convinced me to stay. Even though my payment did go up $50 without any notification, I was satisfied with how Kaydi handled the situation.
i write this review to this wonderful and helpful worker who helped me with all i needed and im so grateful to her for helping me her name is jesi i believe is how you spell it but this girl does wonders for us older people

This particular public storage in Montclair is a joke! They have price gouged us the consumers during covid and don't help , assist or even allow you to talk to a human being! Their hours are not met , usually closed when I have taken off work to run in there to make a payment! Other customers were there waiting as well! They let people rent there, whom steal from others on the property, rent out their spaces to strangers who break into other storages!
Jessie is great! But, upper management and the sites you have to constantly sign into are all fake! There is no one on the otend except a robot who can't answer any questions! The reply is: can you change your question? Over and over! Then we get charged on our phone!! Really? Lies fees are outrageous and they will not work with you while your sick with covid!
Raising prices during covid to make money us so wrong!
Beware! Especially if your storage items are valuable!!

No partial refunds, even if you move out early in the month(9th in my case). Price jumped 25% on the third month.
I have read several reviews and posts in reference to this business establishment. I realize the owner doesn't reply to anyone other than the positive reviews! Why? Why can't you reply and provide solutions to the negative reviews!! Why? That's very odd he can't actually reply to all of them! But, it shows that he's not a very good business man , ( woman) who can deal with everything! Make it right ! Unless you're a robot to. Be careful, they're are several people in there who abd have stolen stuff out of other storages! They don't care either.
Very clean. Somewhat difficult getting in/out. I cant walk very well. Have not been able to download app to gain easy access. I keep trying. I dont like that I get recordings when I want to speak to the clerk.

Getting a storage was easy, but description of storage was horrible and misleading. Had to get another storage because my stuff would not fit in their doors. Price of new storage was way more than original one.
Hands down the Public Storage in Montclair, CA has the absolute best employee working there. I am not exaggerating. Alisa was extremely helpful to me. I had so many requests. I got my key stuck in my lock, she came right away with spray and a list of remedies to help. when that did not work, she made phone calls to get the lock cut. Most of all she took the time and had the patience to fully explain all the processes for moving in and moving out. She was honest and accurate with the time frames and policy procedures - explained to me the best options and I appreciated very much. Unfortunately the storage unit was too dark and had an opening of 1-2” between the ceiling and the 4 walls and I didn’t really like that so I decided to vacate my unit… but it was clearly explained to me by Alisa that this was for fire safety… and I appreciated knowing the rationale very much. Great place for customer service! Satisfaction guaranteed.

I had a bad experience with this Storage, since every time they feel like it they will increase the Monthly Payment. I also found Rats in my Storage, and my things got wet and they don't take charge. They also Stole some things from me

Alisa and Jessie we’re great. Alisa gave me all the information I needed to get the unit I wanted and then I when I went to see it in person a week later , it was not available anymore. But Alisa was able to get me a bigger unit for the same price . My unit was inside a hallway and it was clean and not creepy at all. When I was done with the unit and had to remove lock. It was super easy , Jessie ( I think that’s her name sorry I forgot it, but she has glasses and was there this weekend round 10a) she was very polite and made the whole process so easy .

I would like to give a special commendation to Jesse, she was very professional and took the time to help me with my issue. I had my assistant whom I have since fired for misconduct open the account on my behalf, I was not knowledgeable of all the information and needed help to access my storage. Every month I paid my rent on time with a confirmation email, then to be charged a late fee 6 or 7 days later. And payment returned. This has been happening for the last 3 months. I called to resolve it and all I was told is that I would get a call back. Never did. Then they raise their prices, not by a little but a large increase. Found a place in Chino much cheaper.
Very difficult to get a return phone call! Tried calling the office a few times (and left msgs) and then various other Public Storage phone numbers regarding a rate increase of $35 a month (with no explanation) and still no return calls from anyone? This was over a month ago so for that reason I'll be moving my stuff to another storage facility that is also waaaaay less expensive than Public Storage.
