Bearing for communication skills mother's belongings have gotten for rent I've contacted the insurance company they have raised a month every other month when I got storage for her 115 now it's over $200 😠 on top of all her belongings ruined she's 74 years old there is a lot of memory sentimental belongings that have been destroyed

Customer service SUCKS! Whoever the dude is at the front desk is rude and they are never in the office. I’ve went 3 times no one is ever there.

Overpriced. Pd over $100 for a little closet but went to red dot and got a 5×10 for 85 a month.

Poor communication! Online services are currently down without an ETA on being fixed. Cannot make changes to my account. Called customer service and waited for an agent. They couldn't provide any help besides sending me to the Managers voicemail. Manager lacks to return calls. I've left several voicemails. All I want to do is cancel the insurance that they force me to buy online. It's already covered by my homeowner's policy.

Police spent more time here than they spend at the police station due to the constant break-ins. The positive reviews have to be fake because everyone I know who has done business with this place, myself included regrets it and because the staff are all extremely rude and unpleasant when it comes to on anything but giving them your money for a storage. 0/10, Do not trust this place!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. My storage has been broken into not just once, but twice. Staff are annoyed or apathetic when you ask them questions or ask for compensation for your property being stolen while under their care. For an extra ten dollars, you can find a storage of the same size that is not only indoors, better protected and climate controlled with locks that aren't constantly being cut off at extra extra extra storage. Right now, an unit smaller than an apartment bathroom has a base price of 88$, not including insurance. You'd think that such a hefty price would mean that they would have cameras or something to monitor your property, right? Nope. Neither of the times when my storage was broken into were the culprits caught on camera. Nor when my mother's was broken into did they manage to catch the the robbers on video. Don't waste your money or give away your property to robbers by storing your property here.

DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS AT THIS PROPERTY! My daughters unit was broken into twice and we were storing all my fathers belongings. My father passed away and we were storing his things there. In December, they broke into my storage unit and stole everything of any value. The property manager is very nonchalant and unapologetic. This property should not be allowed to take customers money to store their things. Before you store your things here, just sit them out on the curb with a FREE sign.

The Public Storage Lady Elizabeth was very helpful and friendly. She done amazing job. The other person Jason was bad service help on getting my storage unit. Charged extra for lock we used ours, didnt explain everything, and was an hour late to open. Not good customer service at all.

The light fixture in the unit is broken and a gust of wind blew the bulb out of the socket causing it to fall and shatter on our belongings last time we were in the unit... On top of that, just recently , the lock they provided is broken and we cannot get into the unit

They are never available by phone or much help when I have arrived the people that work there are ruin and couldn’t help me or assist me with my storage unit they didn’t try to contact me when my storage was gon and lost all my things no sympathy or help I. Removing my things

Adrienne is a Very friendly outspoken friendly and I highly recommend her service. Great people skills and outgoing very respectful. You all need more people like her in your facilities. I offered her a job but she’s loyal to her Public Storage family.

New review!!!! I returned a call stating that I still owed a balance! Wth! They stated I was good, "oh, she's good, she's good" after one of the girls walked in and heard ask her about my account. I went after hours to facility and code didn't work! I called home office and they stated once again that there was a balance! Someone thinks they are slick, Cuz I have proof I paid and someone is going to fry for their actions!!!! Great customer service, my butt! helpful and very friendly, my foot! thanks so much, for nothing I DONT recommend storing ANYTHING here to anyone needing excellent customer service! This specific storage unit never has anyone on post to assist I have to call someone back to their post all the time. On top of that my lock got removed from my unit and they don’t know how now I have to replace a lock using my money! I’m not pleased

Update #2 just went to my unit that is completely paid for another 7 days and found not only MY lock but they also put one of THIER locks on my unit. Nobody in office at 2 pm Done with using them Updated review. Rented a unit on the 27th. You do get charged a 29.00 one time fee when first getting a unit here on top of your unit fee. 5 daya After getting the unitbi was getting emails and trxts msgs saying i owed another 19.00. The manager Stephanie asked me to leave a 5 star review to "help out" the new hire recieve a bonus for the 5 star review Now im just highly irritated with the multipletexts and emails asking for more money after having the init less than a week. Just spent at least an hour stuck inside this facility due to a gate malfunction and no one being on site, despite office hours being until 5pm (this happened at around 2-3pm). Throughout our time having a unit here I our unit itself was difficult to even get into due to the door being dented and rusted, as well as a rusty lock. This place is janky and will raises prices without warning.

seem good for the most part. only sucked is they had no trash cans to use. I had a motorcycle so I had to keep driving a round or walking to find trash cans.

Seems ok so far 1st day.

I moved out of my space on the second and still had to pay the entire month of rent. That's robbery if you ask me. I've paid every month on time, left my unit completely clean. A full month payment, for literally one day. Update: I received a call from a higher up who has promised a refund for the month. She was very apologetic and pleasant to speak with. Apparently I previously talked to someone who wasn't a manager at the location. Problem resolved, never had any other issues while renting the unit (1year).
