Just had to give A SHOUT OUT TO SANDY!! at public storage on Fern valley road in Louisville..when I needed a place to store my furniture for just a couple of weeks,and this place was about 5 minutes from my house,so I went there. All the Ladies that work there are nice,but Sandy even looked up where I could rent a truck to move my stuff to my new place.She was Polite,helpful and genuinely nice... I JUST WANTED TO SAY THANKS..GREAT JOB! 5 STARSSSSSSS😁

The customer care rep on the phone was nasty and rude. But the manager for the facility I choose called me back. Her name was Kim. She was a very pleasant and knowledgeable. She was very helpful. Need more like her I give her 5 stars!!
