Allyson was fantastic at answering all my questions warmly and confidently. She assured me the safety of my items and was quick and attentive. The office was also spotless when I walked into the lobby. I was able to book my unit online, get a sale promotion price and get phone service from a real person. Everyone I spoke to was thorough and friendly.

cheerful attitude very hard to find , so feel lucky

I disagree with the one star reviews and this us why: I have had excellent t service and Allyson has helped me when I couldn't do things by myself recently she helped me lower my rate when she knew I had extra medical bills without me asking her to. She goes above and beyond her job description to help her customers she actually cares enough to make them happy in every way I have no need to look for another rental I am happy here
It’s a joke…both my storage units were broken into…no cameras on the property…insurance company gives you the run around and per Alyson insurance company is owned by public storage…can’t get a callback or follow up from insurance or public storage…how do two separate units not close to each other get broken into…and on top of all that breaking occurred on 07/27 and we weren’t notified until 08/09….a joke….think twice about storing your personal property here it’s not safe or secure and public storage does not give a damn about it
So the app is crap. The time for access is over at 10. Like, I'm a kid with curfew.. I don't do curfews.. I can't stay here...
I'm super impressed with my experience at public storage, the Paramount location! Not only to they have the best prices around, but the people who work there are simply the best! Inparticularly, the lady Alison who comes in to clean the lot everyday, & cleans the empty units, she's been nothing but helpful, kind, & respectful. She shows up faithfully & does detailed cleaning. And even when people decide to act out of pocket over things she has no control over, she kept a level head & remained professional. Job well done!

Allyson & Sandie are ABSOLUTE GEMS, I needed a unit on Bluelick Rd, Publc Storage but I needed a later close time, so Sandie sent me to Allyson here on Fern Valley, she showed me my unit before purchasing and I actually paid ALOT less than I would have thought, SUPER NICE LADIES, CLEAN PREMISES @ BOTH LOCATIONS, VERY HELPFUL, I MOST DEFINETELY WOULD RECOMMEND RENTING A UNIT FROM EITHER LOCATION. A+ FOR ME

We went to reserve a place to park our car because we are going on vacation and Allyson attended to us, she was very cordial with me and my wife, the attention was super special and we felt very safe and confident leaving our car in her hands, Allyson, thank you very much again.
Have been a long term unit holder since Simply owned this facility. I had an insurance plan with Simply that I was not made aware would end with Simply. Public continued to charge me the same rate as my storage with insurance but without insurance. A month ago (July 28th) my unit was broken into along with 11 others. I was only made aware today. Nothing will be covered as I had no insurance on the unit and was not aware there was no insurance. Public should have done better for their legacy customers. Allyson did a great job and helped me as much as she could, but I still think it's a shame public doesn't seem to care. Wasn't even given a new lock. Police officer gave me a zip tie to secure it while I went to the store for a new lock. Will be looking for another unit. Do not rent here!

Had a storage unit here. Rats ate and broke a lot of our stuff like funiture, printer, and vacuum. No one ever contacted us about it but there was rat poison put inside the storage unit without us knowing about it being a problem. So they knowingly knew it was a problem and decided not to tell us which caused the rats to destroy a lot of valuable things. When my husband picked up the couch there was rotting rats inside. There was rat poop in a lot of our stuff, chewed off items. My husband and I kept calling them and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Finally he went there and a worker said their system was down and that they couldn’t do anything for now but to take pictures of the stuff and email it to them, she will send it to her manager and they will contact us. After that we never heard from them. We kept calling and no one answered. We also went by there and no one was there. On top of paying for the monthly storage unit we were also paying for storage insurance. We never got refunded any more for all the stuff we lost from it being destroyed by the rats.

This is by far the most safest and more professional storage place that I ever had experience with ….. and Tessa she’s a proof of what I have said … you go out there and see it your self don’t take my word for it .
Do not put your stuff here it will be broken into they will not try to reimburse you any money very unhelpful property is unsafe you would think it would be with cameras but they don't have any cameras to help out with your interest in your property only for their own there's a Code you have to use to get into the property but it does no good because my stuff has been vandalized and I'm getting no help no reimbursement no nothing property is unsafe

If I could give zero stars I would! I purchased a unit on 30th of the month, paid full price and on the 2nd they also charged me another full price! The women who helped me did not explain this to me or I would have just waited until the 2nd (3 days) to get the unit! If you don't care to have your money stolen then sure go to this storage place!

Tessa was absolutely a joy to work with. It could not have been more simple. I am usually pressed for time. It was very convenient to reserve online at 2am, received a phone call first thing the next morning, set an appointment time the next day. In less than 30 minutes everything was completed. I had called and the lady ( Tessa Marin ) on the phone was so sweet and helped me with finding the best one and when I arrived there she was even more sweet in person , she showed me the unit and also another to see which I thought I would need more. And the pricing was much better than any other place that I had called and others were also not as friendly . She made this very stressful situation allot less stressful for me , so I am definitely rating a 5 not only for their pricing but their very friendly and helpful young lady they have working there, I've dropped off a few times and she's always so sweet when I see her .
Deb was awesome with assisting me with a unit. Price is reasonable for me and it's a clean facility. I would recommend it. They do. It offer 24hr access but the access is until 10pm. A Little later than some places which is a plus.
