I was driving through Louisville and stopped at the strawberry ln location to pay my bill. Ashley helped me, I inquired about how my bill has been raised multiple times in the last year while I was there. I have been with Public Storage for three years now and have always paid my bill on time. Ashley was very professional and accommodating and helped me out with my bill Allowing it to be a little less for the next three months, which I appreciate it very much. She carried herself well, Treated me like a person which is hard to come by these days, and you could tell she knew how to help and talk to people, Like she has a good amount of experience with it. She deserves a raise!

I wanted to beat my phone against that stupid metal box trying to get the gate to open through the app. Just give me a code I can use, please. Getting out was as pleasant. I swear, if someone was watching that on the camera, they must have been rolling on the floor. Anyhow, I wish I hadn't bought a lock before I rented, because they do provide one, as well as insurance. Signing up online was smooth and easy. Great for those who prefer no human contact. I don't mind either, and I like the tech aspect of it, I just didn't like app.

I had a problem and yes I said how I felt. And was shocked to have a phone call from district manager John and we had a conversation about my unit and we came to a mutual agreement. And I thank John and the people at the property. That's what I wanted was someone who would listen and we could resolve the problem and that's what we did so I respect that about anyone. So I changed my rating because of what they were able to do for me everyone's different but for my experience this is what's needed more of human interaction thanks John

I'm bad with names but Allison or Ashley is alright in my book. She acted like she actually wanted to be at work and help people. You don't see to much of that anymore. I would of gave her 5 stars but she looks to much like my ex wife.

Stop by location at Strawberry Lane the other day. Ashley was the one who took care of me and I was very pleased with the experience. She was very polite and very knowledgeable to answer all my questions and the faculty was very well kept during my tour.

Unless you're looking for Your storage Unit pricing to go up without "Any notifications" or for the staff not to be present at public storage or available on the phone to talk to. Not to mention if you also like calling the District manager John!! And Leaving voicemails and not Answering and not trying To handle the situation.. Then be my guest public storage is for you!!

I've used Public Storage many time over several years and their customer service was always good at best. With that said, the units over at the Strawberry Lane location is hands down the best face to face customer service. The woman waiting on me was Ashley, she was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Along with being patient and understanding she had a calmness to her that was very helpful.
Moving is hard for everyone and finding a Storage place is stressful on its own.
Ashley made my move easier and less stressful.

$7000 worth of stuff was stolen out of my grandmas storage unit, because the lock was broke for months they said they were gonna fix it and never did!

You may think all storage rental facilities are the same but their NOT. Not very happy, could hardly get into my storage, you can message through the app and never get a response.Forget about being able to get your things out of the storage they close during business hours so you’re out of luck if you work during the times they are open. They up the rent randomly with no explanation, if they say they have a special on the unit you’ll never receive it. They also auctioned my things off with no proper notice. My grandmother passed away and I had some memories in there that are now gone due to lack of communication.

Bait and switch artists. Website says one thing, things change when you go in to get unit. Last minute unauthorized charges that will be "refunded" up on sign up. Avoid like the plague unless and until they revise their practices. Terrible business ethics. Will not recommend.

I've had a unit at the strawberry ln location for years, recently I went back to liquidate it and everything was covered in mouse droppings. Stuff was stolen and broken. They only had a plastic/wire clip on it the first day, but when I came back the next day they had an actual lock on it, so they knew it was wrong, I salvaged what I could and left. I don't blame the girls that run the office. I blame the company for not keeping the place rodent and pest free.

Our contractor has sent us to a wrong facility, knowing we have a semitrailer. Once at Strawberry Lane Office, Public Storage employee Jackie helped us navigate to the right place 5 miles away. Instead of dealing with moving company that sent us to the wrong place, Jackie from Strawberry Ln Public Storage office was prompt, genuine and acted fast and flexible in order to search on maps for the correct facility. Then went above and beyond and instead of us trying to dig up all necessary info from Operator on the phone, Jackie gave us all the details like the facilitie's office hours (even advised us that currently they are short of staff and not open this day) provided us with access code and had knowledge that the lock for the unit will be ready for us.
It is very rare to see employees like Jackie, who go the extra mile to help you out.

This location has served me well! Terrence and Teresa helped me out tremendously when it came to switching from two units to one big unit. They went above and beyond to say the least! If you work with them they will go out of their way to do anything they can for you! 5 stars!

I rented on the internet for 43$ but when I showed up I was charged 58$ after the women at the desk adjusted my rental I now have rental set up for exact same space for 43$ will be moving on 31st, and suing for fraud
