Samantha has been nothing short of helpful, courteous, kind, and overall friendly with every interaction we’ve had since we became her customer! Her property is always clean is always wearing a smile. I highly recommend renting from her, I guarantee you will not be disappointed!
Cheryl sets the bar for customer service. So personal, knowledgeable, and professional........I can be honest now, that aside from the kind words about associates, the reviews are required by corporate putting performance pressure on the associates. Reviews are 90% in house created. What your charged seems to move with the S&P 500, and about as volatile.

I came in to finish my rental in the store (because online didn't have the options I needed) I spoke with Kim and Cassie (shes new) and the service I received from them was awesome!!!! Great service and I feel like my things are protected. I have an inside climate control unit. Prices are really good. They have an app. Vso I just pull up and press the button to open on my phone and I don't need to get out and punch in # s. And the payments come right out of my acct. On the 1st of every month.

The Space is also dry and clean. Coming on a day that the ground was wet really served my curiosity as to whether my belongings would be okay.

MJ is extremely helpful, kind and supportive. This is the first time I ever rented out a storage unit and she helped me through all of it. I was pretty stressed out, but she managed to make my day by simply being extremely positive and sweet. I would always recommend this place, simply because of her outstanding customer service. I do however have to mention that the app crashes or simply at times doesn’t work to open the gate, which can get frustrating, but the great customer does make up for it. Thank you for being so kind and helpful MJ. I appreciate you.

MJ at this location was excellent accommodating and friendly. I really appreciate it the way that she shared the specials with me that help me save money. The units were clean and the instructions were clear I would definitely recommend you guys to use this one if you’re looking for storage unit!

Storage units look brand new. Shiny and clean along with the front office. This place has 24hr surveillance but is only open 930am to 6pm for the office and 6am to 9pm for the units.
My experience with this place has been a nightmare. Despite what google says (access until 9 pm.), the gates go offline and will not open right at office closing time (5 pm.). Anyone caught inside cannot get out. We had to call the police to get us out. We have had many other problems as well, including there being no one in the office during office hours consistently. This is the facility on Strawberry Ln.
Thank you so much to Azora and MJ for being incredibly helpful and patient with me. It's been a stressful time with finding suitable storage for my elderly grandmother and they were both compassionate and went over and above to make sure everything was okay.

Great experience renting from this facility. Had a couple of issues however the staff was very professional and cleared my issues right up. If I have to store my furniture again, I would definitely use their facility. Nice, clean, climate control storage.

Kaye that works at one of the Bardstown Road locations is the best! Her willingness to help others, her impeccable phone etiquette, and absolutely amazing customer service skills goes over and beyond and meets all of my expectations as what I am pleased to find in this business. The staff here was AMAZING! Super patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The entire time I rented from this location it was clean and organized, never had an issue finding equipment to help me move my things from the car to the unit, and MJ seemed to make sure no one was rude and blocked entrances and things of that sort. I had 2 issues that I caused myself, again it was my own doing, however, both ladies were on top of helping me figure it out and I was stunned. I'm sure I'm not the only one to think this but I never go places and expect good customer service anymore, the staff here blew me away.
The manager, MJ, is conscientious, professional, and courteous. The day I rented a unit, she was handling 3 properties because 2 people didn't show up for work, and she was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Don’t ever rent from this company. I am currently deployed and have a vehicle in storage there. They told me that I was locked in at 50.00 a month. On 1NOV they will have increased my rate twice to 87.00 dollars, and because I am deployed I have no option to move it. On top of that my vehicle was also broken into, do they care, not one bit. Seriously, if you know what’s best, you will never use public storage ever!

My partner and I were supposed to move into a new apartment and it was NOT livable when we showed up. We found ourselves suddenly out of a home with everything we owned in a Uhaul that was overdue to be returned so we needed a storage unit ASAP. MJ was so kind and easy to talk to, showed us around a couple different options and helped us out. The place was really clean and I saw another employee going around doing lock checks on all the units. 10/10 would recommend!

Over past week/week & a half 12-16 units in the 600 & 700 blocks alone have been broken into by thieves damaging/cutting the aluminum along top of units then climbing above & in. Both local and corporate Public Storage is aware. The unit immediately next to mine has already been broken into. My unit was tagged with a rag throw onto the aluminum. Guess it was (is?) next up. Brought this to office’s attention yesterday. At first office was alarmed & offered to share whatever/whoever they saw on the security footage. Local office staff (3 individuals) confirmed that they do have footage, they know who/what/when but Public Storage will not be taking ANY action to increase security, to alert impacted units, to stop the party(ies) breaking into units, nor will they share information so renters can protect themselves & their belongings UNLESS renter(s) file incident reports with LMPD. What an incredible insult to renters & waste of city resources.
The property has very poor security. Anyone can get in. Public Storage works hard to keep this property’s high crime rate & generally not safe tone on/at solo outside of hours onsite office is open under wraps. This latest rash of breakins is the worst since I’ve been here but very far from the first. Most do not get reported/documented because renters don’t come check on their unit AND file incident report with LMPD. If no report then Public Storage claims it didn’t happen.
All of this is incredibly unfortunate especially because the 2 main local office employees, Kim & MJ, are super nice & helpful.
